I ordered a pair of trainers from this company and they dispatched the wrong size.
There was no information regarding returns to Lemomiyy and the response from the company has been laughable.
This is part of their latest email -
We have had detailed communication with the manager. How about we compensate you 20% of the payment for the goods? You can keep the item or donate it to a charity organization.

Please reply and accept this proposal.

Shoes arrived and they were too small, I tried to ask for a return, as the insta page does say clearly ‘trouble free returns’. I was made so many different offers if cash and keeping the shoes. Why would I want to keep shoes that didn’t fit!! After at least 6 email exchanges of trying to get a refund, the last reply told me to range them and send photos, and I would get a full refund, or I could accept £24.46 and keep the shoes. This company is a joke. It shouldn’t advertise hastle free returns as that IS NOT the case. Absolutely buyer beware!!

I ordered a pair of size UK11 shoes and a pair of size UK11 slippers. They took a long time to arrive and separately. Both were just in plastic wrappers but not damaged. However both were very small. They were marked as UK 10/11 (not what I ordered) and were actually less than size 10 so my feet would not go in. I have checked 6 pairs of shoes at home and they are all UK11. lemoniyy.com are claiming tey are UK 11 and are only offering a 20% refund and for me to keep the shoes which I don't want. The company claim on every page of their website "Hassle-free returns. 30-day postage paid returns" but they are just refusing to accept that as they have supplied two undersized pairs, they must honour this guarantee and pay me 100% and free return of goods.

Ordered waterproof type trainers size 8 uk. They were 2/3 sizes too small. Emailed the company asking how to return and refund ( says on website free returns ) no reply to 2 emails. Will try PayPal for my refund. AVOID

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY
I ordered a pair of "orthopeadic" shoes 37.99 plus £5 postage, had to open a dispute with paypal before they finally arrived as tracking was never showing correctly, then when they did arrive I was shocked , they are DEFINITELY NOT orthopeadic shoes . arrived squashed in a small plastic bag, meant to be a 6 definitely not and very flimsy and cheap quality, not how a proper orthapeadic shoe would be , these look like a cheap pair you would get from a supermarket for a tenner.
Have to email to get information for returning them but they dont answer the email.
Have had to open yet another dispute with Paypal to get to return them.
Since found this company changes its name with different variations so you can never see the true reviews. Also the website makes you think you are ordering in the UK , nope ,its China they get the good from. So angry at this company , the website looked amazing sadly the product is SHITE!!!!!
