LemonBookings has been fantastic from first contact to going live.

Before we used LemonBookings we used Microsoft Outlook. We looked at a lot of other hall booking systems but LemonBookings was the one that ticked all the boxes for us. From customer being able to book online to running reports.

Communication with Paul and the team has been excellent. Always get replies quickly and the questions answered.

I would really recommend LemonBookings to anyone that is needing a booking system.

While working with a local community centre we needed something that would be simple to use but powerful and tick all the boxes - and LemonBooking delivered. It's been a game changer for our client to organise their bookings and make sure they're getting paid on time, with great features like events, the website editor and more a huge bonus.

Our clients went from organising and keeping track of their unpaid invoices and bookings on paper, to now having an easy system that allows them to send invoices and confirm bookings with the click of a button.

We have been using Lemon Booking to allocate slots to various football teams that utilise the pitches we manage. The system is very good and very helpful staff that gives us peace of mind. This enables us to get on with other pieces of work, knowing that the system works.

I tested all the hall booking systems I could find. Lemon Booking was the only system that was any good, and it is outstanding. So much flexibility and functionality. Fully customisable, great add in's and incredible customer service team. Everything I'd want from a decent piece of software. We feel massively supported by Lemonbooking and its makes our hiring process so easy.

The team at LemonBooking have been really attentive as we made the transition to this new system. Previously we ran Hallmaster for bookings, Wix for the website, Trybooking for events and standalone Xero for accounts. The LemonBooking system has allowed us to automate so much through its integrations and the user experience for both hirers and staff is so much better.

In 2016 we moved into our new premises as our former community centre was deemed unsafe due to structural faults. The new building is significantly larger than the previous one, offering 34 spaces , of which 8 are rentable and 9 are occupied by support services and several others for stage, gym, storage, kitchens (3), dressing rooms. It soon became apparant that we would need some kind of booking system to manage the rentable spaces. We looked at the market back in 2016 and there was no one who could offer what we were looking for, until we came across Lemon Booking in 2024. This system is incredible and manages not only our bookings but also the website with such ease its a pleasure to work on. The system allows a great deal of flexibility and qiete easy to navigate and learn. Whoever designed this system to meet the needs of a community centre has amazing insight and done their homework and more. The whole process from us contacting Lemon Booking to its initiation was excellent, the start to operational process was professionally handled and nothing was to much trouble. We took the silver option with a couple of additional modules to assist with our invoicing and banking. In our opinion it is excellent value for money and the support team at lemonbooking are incredible.

I implemented Lemon Booking at our community centre back in March 24 ahead of the new financial year.
It was important I had a system that could manage various payment methods, rates and also allow bookings to be made 24/7. What was also key is usability our trust is made up of various people with various skills, it’s super easy to navigate as our secretary tell me “it’s so simple even I can figure it out” she now does the rotas in the system and out booking coordinator now has a life.

But in fact this is not a simple booking system,it has revolutionised our centre and is now the central point for everything, we took advantage of various integrations including Xero,Stripe and the fabulous Nest link, this has reduced our heating spend by literally £££s each month.

We are also about to launch the NuKi link giving us ease of access for customers without the need for a committee member opening up for them.

I would not hesitate to recommend Lemon Booking as the support and on going development is second to none. I know this might feel like an over zealous review but I cannot stress enough just how much this has future proofed our centre.

We've been using Lemon Booking for our Village Hall which has a range of regular and casual users. While we can't quite do everything we might want [and I doubt any system could] we can do all the important things and most of the others. Previously we had used another booking system which did the basics but not in a way that worked for us. Lemon Booking improved on what they did and matched most of our needs. What makes them especially stand out is the generally excellent support given - that makes a big difference.

This booking system is very comprehensive and adaptable - superb for our purposes. Customer support is second to none and hugely responsive.

I have been working with CMS / booking systems / facilities management for over 20 years and LemonBooking is the best system I have come across for small / medium sized organisations. The core functionality is well thought through and the modules keep it connected with new technologies and systems to compliment. Support is quick and responsive, and requests for changes are implemented promptly. The leisure centre we run is now completely managed through LemonBooking, connected with Xero and Nuki Locks.

As a Trust managing a Community Centre, we were attracted to Lemon Booking by its offer of a website as well as a booking system. For the last few years, we had paid two service providers - one for a booking system and a separate provider for a website. Going to one provider for both saved some of our costs. Having moved to Lemon Booking, we are delighted with the flexibility of systems and staff and the outstanding support with 24 hour response or less if urgent requirement. They also are quick to accept that some processes may need changing and they make the changes very quickly. My only (constructive) suggestion would be that more help documentation may be useful.

This is a great program, backed up by a dedicated and friendly team. It's made the running of our hall go from a chore to a breeze. What I love is the back up. Answers come quickly and in simple non geeky explanations. Of course there is a bit of a learning curve, there is with any bit of software but I never felt I was going it alone. Would recommend 100%

From initial contact they were very responsive and patient with me as a relative IT novice. During the loading and setting up of data and parameters they were helpful when I hit problems . The transfer of our web site from another host was handled smoothly. We have been using the system for over 6 months now and as familiarity increases we have found the system very easy to use and it has greatly reduced the work involved in invoicing. Our customers have given us positive feedback on the new look web site the ease of contacting us and the clarity of the calendar.

I was a bit unsure to begin with as we were using an old "handmade" booking system but Paul was very patient and gave lots of support in setting up the system. I'm still learning as it has extensive capabilities but my experience has been very positive. Thanks Paul & Hannah

It's a great system we use to manage room hires. The level of support has been fantastic, and continues to be so. They are super friendly and always willing to help with anything and will happily take on board any suggestions we have. The system is well laid out and easy to navigate and manage both administratively and as an end user.

Our new community hall opened a year ago and at first we made the mistake of thinking all booking platforms were the same. They are not and if you go cheap you'll get monkeys. Once we swapped from our previous booking system to Lemon Booking I could instantly detect the difference in quality. It is pretty easy to follow, and the help centre is useful, but the truth is that Paul and the rest of the team are super helpful and they are quick to respond to any concerns or queries.
