Excellent, very good quality products. Delivery is always prompt. Girl loves her ponies and pony gear including the mini saddle pad which is very good quality.
She also loves the clothes which she got from Santa this year for the first time. We’ll be getting more clothes in the future.

Awful extremely late delivery terrible customer service

Bij beide bestellingen kreeg ik pas achteraf te horen dat het product “niet meer beschikbaar” was. De eerste keer ging het zelfs om een speciale aanbieding, maar er werd geen enkel alternatief, compensatie of oplossing aangeboden. De tweede keer heb ik zelf gebeld, en het enige antwoord was: “sorry”.

Het gaat mij niet alleen om de annuleringen, maar vooral om het gebrek aan transparantie en het ontbreken van enige poging om het probleem op te lossen. Een sterk merk hoort betere voorraadinformatie te hebben en klanten serieus te nemen wanneer er iets misgaat.

Ik deel deze review niet om “automatisch sorry” terug te krijgen, maar om te vragen om echte verbetering: duidelijkere communicatie, correcte voorraadinformatie en een vorm van service wanneer jullie zelf een fout maken. Dat zou pas klantgericht zijn.

Really terrible customer service had a rug for 12h which was £100 and it ripped on the seam again after 12h they are denying it’s a fault it’s 100% a fault you can see were it’s ripped but they are still trying to back out of there legal obligation to give me a new one.

I purchased the new shacket recently. The process was very easy and my parcel arrived promptly. Any issues with delivery etc have always been resolved efficiently by their professional customer service team. Thank you.

Refused return of pristine white breeches, claiming that they were "dirty" with photos apparently showing dirt. I never wore them except to try them on, so the origin of the dirt was a mystery to me. When they were shipped back to me, they were in brand new conditions. Photos provided back to them and they zoomed in on shadows (literally!) and claimed that the breeches were "dirty" and could not be returned. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered a Toy pony and accessories for my niece as she’s been poorly. I ordered late in The day and after calling the Customer service team they did all they could to get it out the day same day. Arrived quickly and my niece was so pleased. Thank you! Definitely coming back!

Great product delivered really quickly, really helpful customer service too. Will be back!

I ordered a pair of their new Field Boots. I’m a US size 7. I’ve been a size 7 for decades in multiple brands of field and dress boots. I ordered a US size 7 on their website and was sent the UK equivalent of a 7.5. I tried to initiate a return as it is their fault for publishing incorrect sizing information on their product page. They informed me that they do not offer free returns for any reason and that I am responsible for the costs associated with the return. I have been a loyal customer for years, but no more.

I ordered a rope halter and lead rope for my connie, they said i would arrive by 3rd July, I emailed and they had not sent it out, they said they would send it out on the 3rd July yesterday, it has still not been sent out so for my 1st time order from them it will also be my last, very poor customer satisfaction. Emailed for refund today as I need to buy another quickly.

I had to wait so long and when it came I didn't get a hat I got a hat cover and I orders a 13-14 sweater and it's would probably fit a 5 year older better

Ordered nose net. Wrong one sent. They said I ordered wrong one but no order details were sent so I could amend before delivery. Promised a exchange on return, then said out of stock, so two postage costs to me. Promised refund and several weeks later still waiting. Poor customer service! Had the cheek to ask for positive review!

Average products, average quality. Stay clear of the bridles, they are cheap quality and break within a few months of light use.

Mainly to notify yourselves that your ads for horsey women, are currently only getting shown to a housebound disabled guy!!! & for how many ads i have received in the last 48hrs, your money is certainly being wasted!!!!

Very disappointed in the customer service. I ordered a hobby horse/tack set gift bundle. I was sent a mini bridle for a hobby horse and then was told that I ordered the wrong thing - when I ordered the bundle from them! So much extra work and aggravation to return. Will never order from Lemieux again.

Disgusting customer service!! I waited 8 days for my 48hr delivery so I emailed as my daughter’s birthday was 2 days later! I was informed my parcel would be sent out first thing I receive a email at 22:25 the day later!! Thank goodness for AMAZON where I had to re purchase all my order and pay TWICE!!! Absolutely appalling service so disappointed!

Poor service, ordered 2 saddle pads and a full base layer set, no updates for over a week. Emailed customer services to be told it’s a busy time of year however still no order shown on my account and no updates via email.

Mijn regenjas van Lemieux vertoont op de naden van de mouwen scheuren. De stof is duidelijk te kort gesneden bij het maken van de jas waardoor het rafelt en los komt van het stiksel. Lemieux is niet bereid om hier iets aan te doen aangezien de jas 15 maanden oud is. Voor een merk dat zich beroept op het maken van hoge kwaliteit producten en flink geld vraagt voor zijn jassen vind ik dit heel teleurstellend. Voor mij geen jas meer van Lemieux.

Amazing quality and although the items are expensive they often have sales and the colours and design are just beautiful. I ordered a set of fern and walnut this month and they are so stunning and my horse loves them almost as much as me! He's a bay so the fern looks surprisingly good on him and I can tell he loves how comfortable they are. I got a decently quick delivery too, so I would 100% recommend!
