No,product no response and PayPal don’t do anything. Fraud fraud fraud

This seller is exploiting pregnant women, taking their money, not sending the product they pay for and ignoring all communications. No idea how they haven’t been charged for fraud yet. I will be reporting this to the police and trading standards.

Did not receive my pillow and then was horrified to see loads of people haven’t! Will always check trust pilot from now on!

I ordered a maternity pillow for my daughter and after two weeks nothing had arrived. I tried to ring the number does not exist in reality. They eventually sent an email saying they had high demand for this item and then sent a delivery notice. Two days later I had a failed delivery notice from Evri and then a payment requested for a new delivery with my card details needed. This was a scam and clearly the whole thing was. I don’t expect I will receive a refund. So disappointing.

Seems like a scam, ordered something and 25 days later received no contact from them. Rang the number on their website and it says it is not in service.

Got an email from them just after midnight saying it has been in high demand after I requested a refund despite ignoring my other emails for an update on delivery.

If it is a real company they are a joke.

Been over 2 weeks and haven’t received my order. Also no respond to emails. A scam!!!

I ordered a pregnancy pillow over a month ago in good faith to provide me and my baby comfort at night, my order has not arrived at all and the customer support is awful!!

After sending multiple emails they advised me it would be shipped and to expect a tracker, no such thing has come to me and I have been chasing again since with no response.

After seeing these reviews I am now going to have to go elsewhere to order a pillow. This company is a disgrace and clearly aren’t selling items listed and taking advantages of women and families in vulnerable times.

It’s been a month and still no pregnancy pillow. Looks like my baby will arrive before the pillow so I have reported it as fraud with my bank.

SCAM! Takes your money but company doesn’t exist or send product

I had bought myself the pillow of here as I've got trouble sleeping with my pregnancy. I have emailed twice and no response and phone number doesn't work. I wish I saw these reviews sooner. It came up on Google so quickly that I thought it must be a retuble site. Beware do not buy from here

From reading other reviews it all appears the same! Have not received my order, no response to any emails and the phone number on the site is invalid!

I have not received the product I ordered or received a reply to my email. Would not recommended.

I wouldn't order from this website again but after a month we finally received the pillow!, the phone number doesn't work and they never reply to emails.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! Wish I could give it less than 1 star! Ordered my pillow at the start of February and not received. Chased via email multiple times with no answer. Called number on record which states incorrect number! This is meant to be a time of no stress but this company has caused me a lot of stress and annoyance! How can you pry on vulnerable pregnant people?!? Shame on Google for letting this website be so high up on the list when you google pregnancy pillows

I want to warn others about a scam! I ordered a pregnancy pillow for my wife because she was having trouble sleeping at night. A quick Google search led me to this company. I placed my order on February 11th, but I haven't received any response since then. I've tried to contact the company but have been unsuccessful. After checking the reviews, I found that this seems to be a common issue.

Beware of this scam!!

Appalling company. The pillow took several weeks to arrive and when it did it was dirty. I’ve had no response to requests for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND.
