Brilliant day out every body was friendly plus saved nearly £200 on awning I bought plus other things see you next year all the best

Four months ago, we purchased our first a pre owned Burstner motorhome from Leisure World Group at Catterick and we’ve been super happy with it. The customer service from the sales staff and in the accessory store was excellent throughout the whole process. We visited again yesterday during the event weekend and topped up with accessories, that are generally at a great price already, again the staff were helpful and the extra 15% off was a true bonus. Special shout out to Josh and Clara for their excellent customer service. It also has to be said that the cafe is a great experience too!!

Excellent show great offers and such friendly and helpful staff, well stocked store with everything you could possibly need. Lovely restaurant and good food. It was very busy and even the management were out clearing and wiping tables that for me is the sign of a well run business when everybody is hands on no matter what your position or job title….
Vast and excellent range of motor homes and caravans with all the big names.
Well worth a visit you won’t be disappointed I certainly wasn’t.
If you’re looking to buy a caravan or motor home look out Margret Selby, I spent a lot of time choosing a motor home and she was patient and sorted out a great deal for my new motor home and my trade in….
Over all I could not fault a single thing from the moment I arrived till the moment I left. 10/10 Excellent..

Salesman poor knowledge and running back and forth to get prices.

We bought a new Coachman in 2020 from Ebor Leisureworld, although now closed it was part of this company. A number of warranty issues were picked up on our annual service by our accredited mobile workshop.
We reported the problems to Ebor Leisureworld. However it took 12 months of repeated phone calls,visits to the branch and finally threatening legal action before the issues were dealt with.
The reason I have bothered to put this review is because 7 months after a major issue was supposed to have been resolved, it was picked up again on the annual service as being not properly resolved at all.

Always enjoy a visit to leisure world but this was the first time we have came to one of your events . Took advantage of of your discount offers and purchased two great camping chairs at 50% off as well as chemicals and toilet rolls . Visit for drinks and pizza was well received as well - will certainly attend future events

We had a brilliant time at the show today…all the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.
Looked at caravans, motorhomes, awnings and accessories and was well impressed with the range of items on display.
We were there for over 4 hours and it flew by….

A very good afternoon plenty of choices with the motorhomes and a lot at reasonable prices did fancy a few but undecided yet so will keep looking thinking about the Elddis autoquest 150 or the 185

Nice event without the usual pressure sales, free to wander. Although the van of our dreams wasnt seen here, we did both spend money in the very well equipped shop.
The complimentary Pizza, was lovely and a free drink was a really nice touch.
Well done to all the staff they were all lovely in both sales, shop and cafe. All working their socks off being very busy.

What can you do to tempt me back as a customer ? I bought my CV60 from York which you closed. The CS from there was poor and then no solution to help me with then having to travel to Catterick when had an outstanding warranty claim.

We love a trip to Leisure World. The staff are always helpful and informative. Apart from the caravan side the shop is well stocked and we love to see new products. This is the best place to go for all outdoor leisure needs.

Came to look at caravans but you had limited stock was looking for a buccaneer aruba told waiting for new 2026 just though we would get offered some detail also waste of time doing REGISTRATION no one asked me for it

We enjoyed our visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely. We had a slice of pizza and bought a couple of cheese scones and tea. It was all very nice. A great selection of accessories too. We will be back,well done to all.

Was thanked by Leisure World for going to an event that I never went to nor did I tell them I was ever going to go to. Can't be on holiday and go to some event of theirs at the same time. They also closed local branch at Birtley.

Thanks for the Pizza and drink, very kind of you. Sadly lots of the motorhomes had no steps to enter making it a bit tricky to get in and out. Wanted to part ex our 2024 Elddis on a new pegaso 590. Sadly offered £10,000 less than next closest dealer. Even the salesman said sorry and apologized.
I find it hard in these times, where most people struggle to live never mind spend money on leisure. With Christmas coming soon. To be so far from reality with regards to the average man or woman
I wish them all the best, but vehicle presentation not the best, with dirty windows, dirt on the sides and locks etc missing from the vehicles.
Does not attract us to spend over £80,000 there
They have already closed two branches, this is the last. Time to look in the mirror and find out what customers really want ?

The staff Kirstie, Amanda Amy and all other staff were very pleasant and jovial as always. The other staff on duty were also very helpful, just can't remember all the names😭bought some accessories and had a good look around for future purchases
