I just wanted to say a big thank you to Yannic for the induction class today. It was such a great introduction to the gym! You explained everything so clearly and made me feel really comfortable and welcome, which made a big difference. I really appreciated how you took the time to demonstrate the equipment and check that I understood what to do. I had a fantastic experience dealing with the team at the Downham Lesuire Centre. They were incredibly helpful and patient while addressing all of my queries regarding swimming lessons for my sons and daughters.
A special mention must go to Yannick, the customer service advisor at the main swimming centre reception. Yannick provided exceptional service—he was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted for us. It’s rare to find such dedicated support, and it made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend!
