Absolutely brilliant and fast service. We need to generate an LEI to a very tight deadline, and Eleni took complete ownership of the process and talked us through it, sorting out in a matter of minutes what another provider had failed to do in a day. Highly recommend.

The entire process of applying for LEI code was so simple and straightforward. The form was simple and the telephone helpline was just great. The staff were brilliant. They were willing to spend time and explain the procedure and assured me that I could call them as many time as needed if I experienced any problem. Within few hours of applying I had LEI code in my inbox. I couldn't expect anything better.

I have used them several times, and the team members we worked with were all proactive and supportive, making the services very reliable. In terms of pricing, yes, there might be slightly better offers elsewhere, but the difference isn’t significant. The simplicity and ease of working with their services are what we truly value.

Although I'm aware that all LEI providers charge a mysteriously large amount to simply issue a code, for spending £170 I would expect a certificate or some kind of product (even a pdf?) instead of an automated email. It's mind-boggling how IT companies have Jedi mind-tricked policy-makers and regulators into charging tax-payers and SMEs exorbitant sums for fairly mundane admin procedures that should be the preserve of government administration. That's possibly a topic for another forum however. As Obi Wan-Kenobi might say, "These are not the feedbacks you are looking for...".

Good website - clear directions and details of product pricing. A competitive pricing option that assisted in the decision making. The site stated that they would revert latest within 48 hrs. and actual reverted in just over 24 hrs. Can't ask for any more. Well done the team.
