Leightons Opticians & Hearing Care Omdömen 

I would not recommend Leightons, on 2 occasions I have contacted them following several years of regular tests.
On the 1st, I had a pvd, although I didn’t know at the time they wouldn’t see me just suggested my Gp.
On the 2nd, this year I started having double vision in one eye after only 3 months since my last test, I was abroad and explained in some detail, they did not even reply! A test then showed a difference of .75 diopters from their test, maybe it has changed that much in a short time but their disinterest was appalling.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful with constant and consistent advice. I felt listened to and values

We had a really lovely experience here. Mya and Aleksandra were warm and welcoming. Aruba was amazing with my son. She really made him feel comfortable and at ease during his first eye test.

I had stripped a screw head on an old pair of sunglasses that I was very attached to. I took them into Leightons in Hempstead Valley shopping centre and Mark was very helpful. He removed the offending screw at zero cost. Many thanks Mark.

Good experience with a helpful knowledgeable team

After going to other optometrist providers, I stumbled apon Leightons last year. Their service was one I was not used too from my previous provider (I won't name names) I was bowled over by their professional approach and I was made to feel no question was a nuisance to ask. Eye health is so important to me, so I do ask questions. I paid for the ultimate eye test and my worries were put at ease. From walking in, to the pre eye test, to my actual examination to buying glasses the feeling of being seen and heard was truly impeccable. The service is what brought me back a second year and this time I bought my glasses there. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else now. I feel like I was looked after and didn't feel like a number walking in. So thank you. I also bumped into a lady who had her eye appointment there that day too and we both sung your praises, after which she said she has been going for years as they "Always look after me" and I thought that was wonderful. I miss true customer service and I felt it at Leightons.

I have always found upon each of my frequent visits to Leightons opticians Andover branch in the Chantry Centre, to be a first class caring organisation. Of note are Kimberley and Georgie who are most professional as well as being charming. On contacting this branch today I spoke to a lady called Tracey. This young lady is to be congratulated on her wonderful customer care skills. I had many questions of a complicated nature which Tracey carefully explained to my complete satisfaction. I wish to commend her to her employer as a fine ambassador for Leightons Opticians, Andover. Thank you Tracey for being so patient and polite to myself: a senior citizen who can be rather difficult at times... GL
