Leicester Executive Chauffeurs Ltd Omdömen

Best services ever!
Mark was lovely, kind and caring
On time and communication was excellent

Mark runs a very professional operation. We recently used Leicester Executive Chauffeurs for an airport transfer to and from Heathrow. Everything was organised simply and in an efficient & straight forward manner. The vehicles were clean and comfortable. The drivers were prompt and courteous. I have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his team and will definitely be using their services again.

We needed an MPV to take 4 staff and volunteers to Hartlepool for a 2 day Study Visit trip. Mark at LEC was our Chauffeur and provided an excellent service. Mark was very responsive from the point of enquiry until the day of pick-up and return. He was completely on time, reliable and very friendly and helpful. The car was very clean and comfortable...with lovely little touches like bottles of fresh water and hand gel waiting for us. We felt in very safe hands and we would certainly use LEC again. Thank you!

Comfortable and clean cars with great service for our transfer to LHR and back

I have used this service for business and private purposes on several occasions now and can wholeheartedly recommend LEC for those wishing to experience a trouble free airport transfer.

Mark contacted me by telephone after I submitted an enquiry online for a price for an airport pick-up and drop off. He was informative and helpful and left the booking for me to place when I was ready. I decided to go ahead with the booking after a few days and Mark was there to take all the details. He was very reassuring and everything he said would happen, DID happen. I received regular commmunications from the company regarding the pick up of our guests from Heathrow and the drop off at their hotel in Leicester. He advised when the driver was en-route for the return journey a few days later and again when our guests had arrived at the airport.
All in all a fantastic level of service - I would have no hesitation in using Leicester Executive Chauffeurs again in the future. Thanks to Mark and Tony for their attention to detail and ensuring everything ran smoothly.

I used Mark to take my bridesmaids and mother to my wedding and he was amazing . Updated me on when he was here and throughout the booking process.
Would highly recommend

EXCELLENT SERVICE

I needed an executive chauffeur company to transfer a VIP from the airport to his meeting and back again and Leicester Executive Chauffeurs proved they are worthy of offering such a service. From the initial contact they understood my requirement and delivered a service that I was not disappointed with and neither was our VIP. Thank you - would certainly recommend this company.

Excellent service and communication. Would certainly use them again.

Excellent service - collected my elderly father from his care home to visit family for the day and return. They truly looked after him - highly recommended service

Hired to take elderly father to hospital, wait, and return - very good service, good communication, helpful smart driver, clean car, will use again!

Excellent friendly, accommodating and patient service. Highly recommended

We used Mark and the team for a corporate event and would highly recommend them. Mark was in contact to ensure he had the most current agenda and our driver on the day was lovely and looked after my colleagues and guests very well.
Thank you for the lovely service.

Very efficient quoting and booking process for a last minute request. The service was impeccable! Thank you.

Mark was brilliant. Communication was fast pre booking. Then constantly updated throughout.

Car was fantastic and with precision timing as you would expect from a service like this.

Already booked for the next journey. Value for money at its best.

Driver arrived early, the coach was immaculate and the journey enjoyable. The service we received from LEC was impeccable and I would highly recommend.

Our family used Leicester Executive Chauffers for an early morning airport transfer between North Leicestershire and Heathrow. The Driver arrived to pick us up right on time and got us to our destination with no problems and ahead of schedule. Mercedes Van was in great condition, spotlessly clean and the driver was very helpful and curteous. All at a reasonable cost. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitations in recommending Leicester Executive Chauffers.

Excellent service from Mark, I needed to take my family to a 50th Birthday party and wanted something special for the occasion, after some research I decided on Mark at LEC who gave a great service with a very smart Mercedes Executive V class MPV which was just the job coupled with very prompt service and suited and booted driver (Mark) I will definitely be using LEC in the future !
