The service was excellent from beginning to end. They were very professional, courteous and kind. We had every confidence that all would go well on our daughter's special day. I would definitely recommend them.

We hired a Mercedes S class car for a young couple’s wedding and the service from Mark and Executive Chauffeurs was excellent throughout. Communications were easy, prompt and clear and Mark was able to offer advice on locations and timings. The couple absolutely loved the car which made for a perfect back drop to their photos on a rainy day. Everything ran smoothly and on time. We would have no hesitation in recommending Leicester Executive Chauffeurs.

Have used LEC twice now for Silverstone, Mark is a pleasure to deal with. The drivers are courteous and professional, excellent service and value for money, I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended

Would highly recommend LEC. Communication with Mark was great leading up to the trip and our driver Tony was an absolute gem.

LEC took my daughter and her boyfriend to prom. The correspondence beforehand was excellent by text and by email. The quote was extremely competitive. We chose the Mercedes S Class. The car was huge and very clean and immaculate. The driver was Mark who arrived early which allowed us plenty of time for a relaxed send off with photos. Mark was very polite and courteous and was very very smart. The passengers had a wonderful safe journey. I would highly recommend. Thank you Mark!

I hired from Leicester Executive Chauffeurs Ltd for my wedding. Mark Bampton handled my booking from start to finish (literally he was our chauffeur). Mark was friendly and professional and the car was great. The car was clean and Mark offered different amenities to make the drive comfortable for all passengers. I would recommend to anyone looking to book car hire in Leicestershire.

Great customer service

Booked for my sons Prom he was really pleased as he travelled along with his friend. They both had a great journey from home to their Prom Venue

Absolutely excellent. Original driver had to meet delayed flight at another airport and a replacement driver was needed for us. Great comms and all sorted once we landed.

They we’re friendly and professional. Their communication was really good and kept us up todays of any alterations. They were prompt and really helpful which made us relaxed and allowed us to enjoy our day with no worries about our travel. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We’ve used LEC twice now because of a recommendation, more recently for an event in Warwick to celebrate my 40th birthday. Communication was absolutely superb, very responsive and always clear. The journey was on time and very comfortable. Mark was flexible and went out of his way to ensure our town centre drop off and collection point was easy and convenient. Incredibly professional at every point, would absolutely recommend for any occasion. Thank you!

Our recent transfer to and from Heathrow was our first with LEC - it will not be the last! Outstanding service from Mark at HQ in accommodating several changes to plans due to COVID and, finally, Hurricane Ian in Florida - all carried out with good humour and supreme efficiency. Our allocated driver and car were superb in every way. A splendidly relaxed way to start a transatlantic holiday.

Very Professional and reliable business, used their services for a trip to Cheltenham races.

Thank you so much for helping us get through the difficult day (funeral).

Mark was exceptional and very patient throughout. It really helped us and we appreciate it very much.

The booking process and professionalism as well as overall friendly approach by David also made it a simple decision! Thank you again Highly recommend this team.
