"2 hour redemption" is a lie

The address linked to my account is old and I've contacted support numerous times asking how to change it. All they say is the appropriate department will be in touch. I cant verify because my id has my new address. So the "2 hour redemption" is a flat out lie cuz its been days and they will not respond.

Frustrating experience.

UPDATE: I’ve raised my rating from 1 star to 3 because I surprisingly received my redemption this morning. 😅 However, the process of them insisting that I was someone else was unnecessarily stressful. They still haven’t responded to my last message so I may never know, but they did pay out.

I’m having the same problem with redemption that I’ve seen several other reviewers claim they’re dealing with. I requested my first measly $100 redemption after spending MUCH more on this site in the last 6 months, only for them to send me an email calling me “Johne” (which is not my name!) and asking me to verify a debit card that I’ve never owned! I sent them proof of this by emailing them screenshots of my correct name on the account as well as my proof of purchases with the last 4 digits clearly different than the card they’re asking me to verify.
Support literally responded saying, “This is correct email, we require the docuemnst please” spelled exactly like this. Strange thing is that my redemption shows as approved on their site, but I’m sure it went to whatever card they’re claiming is mine that IS NOT MINE.
Clearly a scam site and I’ve already requested refunds for the purchases I’ve made in March. I play at so many legit sites and I’ve heard of this happening to people at lesser known social casinos, but I never expected it from Legendz.

Closed account falsely

This company has made false accusations towards for having duplicate accounts, which I did not said I made fraudulent purchases and that I was trying to hack and miss using there bonus to manipulate there games which i never did anything they accused me of and then closed my account I payed a lot of money to them and cashed out not as much as I put in . But I am sure it was more money then they wanted payout. They are not a creditable place to and recommend them to anyone. I also asked them to show me where when and how I was doing the things they accuse me of with no response

Worst place to play. They customer service are liars. They banned me from kick. Supposedly because I was harassing and talking bad to other people when it was the other way around even the mod was harassing me and I got banned for saying fire anglelegends he sucks hes a grown man dancing all fuity on kick and I got proof of all that so you guys can lie and say I was doing it when I have the proof of it being the other way around and they gave me a personal manger too but he was garbage too he couldn't do anything dont join this site the rtp on the mods feed is higher that's how they get people. They get a higher rtp so they get big wins and wins often and when I play the rtp is low dont join I recommend stake good loyalty rewards weekly rewards monthly rewards I tried to make up with legendz but they lie and cant control there mods fire angle!!!

Legendz closed my account requesting to see bank statements etc which I had confirmed numerous of times, verification of my ID which I also confirmed time and time again, after getting a few decent redemptions, I was targeted, constantly asked to verify ID, source of income etc. I was placed with account managers Jay, things were pretty good then all of a sudden he was removed, then I was placed with an account manager by the name of Tara. They message, you inquiring about you day, plans, job, etc to find out information about you, place a few goodies in your account. Then the nonsense begins. Whoever this has happened to as well, if you guys want to stand with me I’ll be pursuing legal actions against then. I play so many online casinos and thought this one was good but something is off about them. Even when u decided to provide information I was told some bs. So Legendz. We’re coming for you!

The site regularly shorts the payout for spins or just deducts amounts that are not theirs to deduct. It's blatant stealing right to my face. They give almost nothing in bonuses and if you complain to their agents about funds the slot game deducted or shorted me im told im incorrect ir just they straight up lie and will not give you back a dime of your money.
And after reading LEGENDZ reply thats exactly what they say everytime...they try to make me out to be an idiot who cant do basic math. They short payouts and they dont play fair and thatys a fact!! Been with legendz for some time I never really played because I would lose my money and they didn't have any daily bonus well this past week I tried them again and was highly impressed the daily bonus was meh but the $20 for thirsty Thursday reeled me in so I got a $100 package and played off and on Saturday and Sunday (redeem then cancel) I reached over 3k and after reading everyone experiences here and reddit I was scared to redeem the full amount so I just redeemed $300 it's been a few hours and I haven't received a email or anything but since this is my first redemption I will wait and see what happens really hope everything goes well this is the most I ever won on any casino. Will update as things progress I got everything in 4 hours never received a email it was just in my account will definitely recommend to everyone.
