Good value ebike
The purchase was of a chinese ebike for a very reasonable price. Overall was very happy with the features and build quality for a budget bike. Communication and honesty was forthcoming all the way through my transaction.

Late and broken promise
The item I ordered was so late it missed my sons birthday. Have had to chase it up several times, they tracked it down and I received it. Good product.
They said they would send me a couple more items to make up for the delay...these have never arrived. Apparently lost this time by Royal Mail.

Hi Elmo,
We are sorry that you wasn’t happy with our service.
We tried everything we could to get your sons present to him on time but sadly we couldn’t.
This was out of our hands and an issue with the courier.
We did however get the scooter delivered in the correct time scale advertised.
We also sent out extra items as a good will gesture but you failed to contact us about them not arriving.
This was only brought to our attention 3 months later in a comment on a Facebook post.
