Purchased a lot of material from LED Space for a project… despite some technical issues, I had regular contact with Shaun, where those issues were resolved, email exchange was prompt.

Customer care could not be faulted.

First rate service kits made quickly and good quality used a few times and will continue to use in future

3 x 2.4 metre LED strips arrived within 48 hours of order in good condition, no problems fitting them, I can’t fault the service, would highly recommend the product, service was faultless in my opinion.

Everything was great, they answered loads of my questions, put a kit together for me that had everything I needed and the LED strips were bright and consistent. Very happy with the end result. Delivery was quick and the price was good.

Instead of saying, when asked, ‘no’ we can’t supply exactly what you want, this company sold me something entirely unsuitable. In fact, part of the kit I was sold wouldn’t talk to other parts. I got a refund for about 25% of the order but really I wanted to send the whole lot back. Unfortunately the LEDs, which work, I bought are now built into shelving. I was not told that the company couldn’t help when I send stuff back, I was just refunded and abandoned and I’ve had to work out what to do myself. There is no technical helpline to call, you can only email. Even then, the person you are dealing with has no great technical insight, and they have to consult an ‘expert’. Very disappointing and I wish I had never bothered. Also, one of the parcels arrived ripped open, though fortunately there was nothing missing.

I was looking for led lighting for a project at home and found LED Space by surveying various sites. The website was easy to navigate, the customer service was superb. And above all the product is fantastic. I communicated with shaun with my order and queries who was excellent. Money very well spent and would highly recommend. Thanks very much for my experience and my project looks amazing. Thank you.

Very knowledgeable, Milena helped with technical spec and pricing. Phase 1 installed a running and, now knowing it all works, am back in touch with LEDspace to price phase 2.

This was my first led strip installation so I was looking for advice and chose Ledspace because they were always keen to help. I was fixing the leds on two very large roof lanterns so needed the right profiles and bright colour changing leds. The installation was relatively easy and anytime I was unsure a phone call to Michael or Dave at Ledspace soon sorted me out.
The result is better than I expected and looks very professional.
I would certainly recommend this company and would use again.

Fantastic service from the team who patiently answered my questions about the product and steered me in the right direction with regards to the right LED lamp for my needs. The kit arrived quickly after submitting the order and is high quality. The colour changing Splash 12 looks fantastic at night and was exactly what I was looking for.

I ordered a strip light but then I had a change of plan. So I immediately emailed them with the change and had a reply from Milena saying that the change was confirmed.Great, I thought, unfortunately it arrived wrong. So I contacted them again and they confirmed the changes with me and said they will collect the wrong one and deliver the new one. I assumed it would be a straight swop over but no, one was collected on a Friday and I had to wait until the following week for the new one to arrive. So unfortunately for me it put my project back a weekend ☹️

Next day delivery nice and convenient. Really good product although I found it a bit fiddly to install initially but an email to Ledspace was promptly responded to and helped. An important note regarding the RGB, very important to get cuts perfect in the end I found it better to remove the cover from the adhesive side where the line was easier to follow. I would say some more involved tutorial videos on the site would be helpful, although the instructions and trouble shooting guides were good I did find a few things from practice that weren't covered and unfortunately ended up with a bit of wastage from the process and had to purchase more strip and connectors and didn't end up with the exact look I originally planned. That said I am very pleased with the finished result, it looks fantastic! Well worth the price.

Quick delivery, goods as per description, instructions clear.
LED strip (seamless) made big improvement in under cabinet lighting.
Easy to fit - as with any work of this nature, the hard bit is getting the power to where it’s needed in a neat & unobtrusive fashion.
The solderless connections were a bit fiddly. Were I to do another installation I’d seriously consider just getting the soldering iron out. But they are fine & obviously good for those that are doubtful about soldering.

Seamless white from LEDSpace are the best led light strips I’ve come across by far. Easy to install with minimal wiring and give a great looking light. Fast delivery great product and easy to use. Definitely recommend.
