Excellent customer service from start to finish.
I had an issue with my cob lighting not working (my fault) , spoke to Dave at 1630hrs who told me what the issue would be and ordered a couple of items. Dispatched straight away and arrived the very next morning.
Would'nt hesitate to use this company again and have recommended to a number of people.

I am really delighted. I received excellent prompt relies to my request for guidance as to which product to purchase for my needs and which power and cables. The LED strip is the right length to fit inside my loom and gives a very even bright daylight over the 8 shafts for ease of threading up. It all arrived the next day. Ledspace quickly gave me a really comprehensive and competitive quote for some LED strips which I would not have been able to choose or specify by myself

Was having a few issues when I installed my lights so contacted LED space and spoke to Dave. Straight away he spotted the issue and got them working. Great service and quality product.

Shaun was able to sort exactly what I needed after scratching my head trying to sort things myself.
The conversation went back and forth a fair bit and he was fairly quick to reply. At the end he provided a link with everything I needed so all I had to do was check over the basket and pay. Something Ultra LED werent able to do which as minor as it seems was fairly major when trying to compare prices over several potential items and my brain got completely frazzled.
I got the solder service, the item arrived next day and is working great.

As a developer of residential across the south east I have been looking for a reliable source of LED supply that not only can bespoke LED but also provide technical assistance. These guys are perfect for both and even in the rare event of technical failure a replacement arrived next day on a Saturday. Quality service and is the example of what most companies lack at present. Keep it up

I am a customer who purchased a few times from LEDSpace with the confidence that I would get good aftersale care if I ran into issues with any of my orders but I was wrong! Recently I had an issue with one of the Blaq Aura light strips where it got damaged with glue residue after trying to cut down to length. I reached out to CS with the hope that they would assist me with a replacement at the very least but sadly all they offered is to sell me a replacement! Customer service is all about customer care but sadly this is not the case with this company!

Great support in choosing the right led system (drivers, strips, diffusers) and good price. The aftercare was exceptional...responsive and really helpful.

Had a nightmare with the service….
Got the product, it didn’t work, carried out tests, wired in other lights etc to check it wasn’t anything else and it wasn’t, defo faulty light. Which in itself isn’t a big deal, just send another one or refund….. unfortunately not the case.

Let LEDSpace know and they said I wired it incorrectly and to send it back (at my own expense). Did that and they sent it back saying nothing was wrong with it.
So I emailed again, saying it still doesn’t work and I’d like a refund quoting my legal rights, they asked me to fill in a form and send it back again, at my own expense again (now £85 costs to me) which I duly did.
Then get an email to say they’re only refunding me £28.98 with no explanation. guessing they are only refunding some items eg, the power lead, transformer etc

Terrible refund policy, shame as I’m trying to support small business, but wish I’d just used Amazon who would return no quibble. Would advise anyone not to use.

A few issues,
Got a quote as needed 9x plaster in profiles. After I had ordered it turned out 10x plaster in profiles as a pack is £20 cheaper. - not that I would have known as I asked for a quote for a kit.

Had them installed about 3 weeks now. On average I am having to ‘resync’ the remote to the 4 drivers/wifi module 3x per week, as half the time only 1 of the 4 lights works. (All are on the same circuit and controlled via Alexa with no switch, just a permanent live).
The drivers keep defaulting to 12v and not 24v but when re sync’d to the remote they emit 24v again.

Service was helpful at first but overall I wish I had purchased elsewhere to be honest. I am not at a point where I am having to repair the plaster around the profiles after removing the fronts to replace the drivers and LED’s with an alternative supplier.
Very disappointed considering the cost was over £500.

I installed a run of LED lights into shelving which required me to use 11 connectors. I suspect one of the connectors was faulty meaning we couldn't adjust the warmth on the white lightening. Technical support agreed to ship replacement connectors and wire for us free of charge so that we could trace and resolve the problem. End result was great looking LED's. Thanks for all the support!

Good products but not without service troubles. I contacted the team for advice on whether one of their led strips could be cut, they confirmed it was possible and told me roughly what items I would need. However I had to find the items myself, none of their component have pictures so it's all guesswork.

The led strips I bought stated they came with a 4 in 1 splitter, but it actually came with a 1 in 2 splitter. I asked if the company could send me the correct one and I was provided with a "no, sorry" - so I had to buy it myself. It's still wrong on all of their product pages.

Overall the products are good and the person I spoke too was helpful, but it all seemed a bit reserved like they wanted to reply to my emails just enough for me to go away. Likewise the parts they told me I would need were infact wrong, so I now have £25 worth of cables and connectors I can't use.
