Just waste of time. Software definitely needs improvement. Even though invoices fully paid, it shows partially paid. User experience also not upto mark.
Most horrible thing is their customer support people. Instead of making the software simplify they make it more complex with their irresponsible reply and attitude. There are bunch of other softwares.
If this company is the last company also na to provide accounting software , please do not go for it... worst experience ... no sales support .. only people are here to sell their products.. i recently purchased a software from their company but later i came to know that many features were not available so i asked them to cancel my subscription and refund me the amount.
Subscription was cancelled and till date no refund of Rs 2900.
Company does nit have even 2900 rs to refund.
One of worst product . They has almost all features but nothing will work out in real time!!
Ex . Accounts payable/Vendors Payable wont show TDS deducted.
Payment made through Bank won't reflect in customer/vendor ledgers
Payment notifications via email contains the proprietor name instead of Business name.
While showing demo, they don't do any real time entries and just shows the already posted entries.
There team looks completely scrap. Issue was raised with support team and GM Navaneet. No use . Raised refund request and no response afterward!! This scap product is promoted by ICICI bank

The sales process is sweet but it's horrible experience. Purchased on 21 Aug and am writing this on 24th Aug. When started using, hell lot of bugs and non functional features. The most arrogant Account Manager, I have ever met. You are treated like begger , not as customer. "Tell me" is most famous tag line when you reach your point of contact. Nothing works. REFUND MY MONEY. I didn't purchase to create list of bugs for your product team. Any one reading this, never buy this product even offered for free.
Most Horrible Customer Service Experience ever. They are masters of giving false commitments. After initial sales when they have time to call you completely stop responding after making you pay for thier software.
