I found the training very interesting and could think of ways to incorporate lessons learned into my daily work. The structure of my projects isn't quite compatible with a lot more standard projects/project management, but I hope to use the training to improve what I do and advance in my company.

The training and trainer was very good and thorough and I enjoyed the stories shared. Some really great ideas for building teams, keeping them engaged, accountable, etc. My particular division must use a program called PSE for all project management and coordination steps, actions, history, etc. I assumed it would have been tailored to the use of that program. My fault for not looking into it in depth. Hope this review is helpful.

This course needed more time. There was no chance of discussing PMP questions and answers. Better resources, links, templates would help. PMP is a dry subject, a lot of interesting and real life examples would be great.

The session was really informative and interactive. The content was crisp and interesting. Team activities were well organized and collaborative. By the end of the program, i gained confidence on the subject.

Swati was a good instructor, and very knowledgeable about the topic. She made sure to stop to allow for questions or clarifications. She also maintained a very positive attitude and moved the program along accodingly.

Instructor was very knowledgeable and ran us through the total PMBok content. Presentation slides were good but some were outdated and additionally more real world examples could have been included. Would have liked to have spent some time on questions for each chapter representative of that which would be provided during the exam.

I will study to go over parts that I have missed, however, I loved that we received real world scenarios for projects to think about, with the lesson. I believe this experience has placed me ahead of my studies, and success in passing the exam with flying colors will happen.

The training course covered 4 days of online learning. The course instructor was very knowledgeable on the subject matter, and gave the participants good tips for taking the exam, but I feel there could have been more real-world project examples discussed to break up the monotony of the course material. Also, the course consultant has been very helpful and responsive throughout the process. I would recommend Lecteron for training courses.

The coursework covered pertinent PMI topics and relevant subject matters in respect of overall PMI practice around the world. The trainer was proficient in training new project managers. However, the coursework can be further strengthened with more industry-oriented examples (based on both North American and Global industries) for each and every topic along with dynamic and more interesting presentation slides as the topics get dull and sleep-inducing at times.

Lecteron did a great job providing a knowledgeable trainer to train our large team of Project Managers. We are grateful for the knowledge we learned and skills we developed from this training program. We thank Lecteron for their customer service and great communication.

Course was very informative and just a lot to learn from. The power point presentation had some errors so that was weird. Instructor was o.k. I didn't really like that he read a lot from them.
Jenny who help with the registration was very helpful throughout.

In today's world we can all watch YouTube. Paying an instructor to show us You Tube videos... may not have been an effective use of our time or money.

We took a test. However the results remains a mystery. Recommend providing answers and allowing students to discuss.

The case study examples were very effective.
Resources provided were also valuable.

The instructor touted significant experience in the industry and with the content, yet could not confidently answer some of our basic questions efficiently. I had significant frustration with the instructors candor. Repeated talking over other students/myself when asking questions made it very hard to focus and learn the content.

Significant amounts of time for one session was spent on watching YouTube videos created by non-Lecteron instructors. It diminishes the quality of the experience/investment to Lecteron when the instructor does not execute these explanations.

There was an emphasis of customization of the training but that isn't very useful- I just need to get aligned with standard practice in industry.

I felt the course instructor was a subject matter expert, but the organization of the class felt a little haphazard or disjointed. For example, 3 of the 4 days was spent on 3 of the 10 knowledge areas, and half the 4th day on the remaining 7.

Thank you for such a thorough and informative PMP training course. There was a lot of information to cover, but our instructor made it easy to understand and took the time to answer any questions we had about the material.

I enjoyed the four days of class and there were a lot of materials to digest. The instructor is knowledgeable and his delivery style is very engaging. Jenny - the coordinator was on top of all activities and very supportive.

The instructor was knowledgeable easy to comprehend. My rep (Jenny) has been supportive and persistent throughout the process. The slides need some editing, The slides require grammar and formatting corrections. I’m very happy with my experience with the live PMP training. Unfortunately, the video training for LSSGB is difficult to understand and the instructor is all over the place. Often the instructor is not in line with the present slides and is difficult to comprehend.

Great class and provided much information for PM and information to take the test. Provided strategies on how to take the test and also provided a 200 test mock up which you take to see where you are at on knowledge of Program Managemet.
