Terrible customer service! Received a damaged item and it has taken a week and almost a dozen emails to get them to respond and I still do not have a return authorization. Company takes DAYS to respond to each email. AVOID doing business with this company!

Received a damaged item, sent 3 requests to customer service through 2 different email addresses as well as the website form, it's been many a day and complete silence. Customer service is non existent. Beware.

Produit de remplacement de l’ensemble, plat & couvercle Héritage.
J’ai cassé le plat rectangulaire de l’ensemble Héritage.
Le plat rectangulaire qui se vend individuellement est légèrement plus petit que celui de l’ensemble.
On doit donc refaire l’achat de l’ensemble et ne dit que j’aurais un couvercle de rechange.
Bravo pour surcommantion et la conscience écologique.
Le Creuset je passe.

I contacted customer service to find out about warranty services. I didn't have high hopes - but lo and behold: They wrote back an extremely nice email within 24 hours and immediately replaced the product. Very competent, very accommodating.
Overall very satisfied with their products and the service. Great, I'll buy again!

I contacted customer service through email and told them about a part that had broken. They requested photos which I sent so I was expecting a new part but they sent me a full replacement!! I will continue to use their iconic products .

We bought a baking pan that cracked, but customer service quickly replaced it,

On the very first time I used this product, everything stuck to the pan. Even after deglazing and following the prep for using the product, all the food burned and stuck to the bottom of the pan on the very first use.

For as expensive as this product is, it should require no preparation to use and be fool proof. I went back to use my cheap $20 pan and had no issues.

Brands are scams.

Probably some of the best customer service I have ever received. My beautiful round white Le Creuset pot was under one year and had a chip on the side... to me it looked like it had sort of melted off. I wrote to Customer Service about it and they were so helpful. I sent it back to them and they replaced it. I use it as a feature piece in my kitchen so it's a piece I need to look new (I had only used it maybe 6 times) I also have a Le Creuset oval pot from my wedding 18 years ago which is still going strong and is used multiple times per week. I also have other Le Creuset small pots, trivets, etc and I just love them. Amazing products, amazing customer service. I can't fault them and will 100% be buying from them again! Thank you!

I purchased a Le Creuset Dutch oven for my wife in July, but unfortunately, the color did not match the photos online—it just didn’t look as good in person. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, I was met with disappointment. They were less than helpful and informed me that if I wanted to exchange it, I’d have to mail it back at my own expense, which would cost between $70 and $100.

Looking for a better option, I was told I could return it to the nearest outlet store for a refund. I did that, and the store gave me a receipt for $0, assuring me the refund was pending. Fast forward 20 days, and the refund is still pending, with the store manager blaming a Microsoft issue. They told me to contact customer service, which turned out to be an even bigger headache. The representative kept interrupting me, and eventually said they’d have to get back to me because they were closing—at 3 PM MST!

At this point, I have zero confidence in their ability to resolve this issue. The store manager even suggested I dispute the charge with my bank, which I’m now doing.

While my wife loves Le Creuset products (we have several), I’d recommend buying through Crate and Barrel or finding them secondhand. Dealing with their customer service has been pretty awful.

We bought a salt and pepper mill 5 years ago. They have worked very well. The mechanism in the pepper mill recently failed. But Le Creuset have absolutely honoured their 10 year guarantee and are sending a new replacement unit. Excellent client service!

My son has gifted me beautiful bakers and a Dutch oven and they are awesome. I purchased two pie birds! They made my crust crispy and stable (it didnt sink). The filling didn't bubble out! What a difference!

Poêle qui a cassé après 3 mois. Le service après-vente ne veut pas me la rembourser alors que j'ai respecté toutes les instructions du manuel d'utilisation. Après consultation de mon assurance juridique, nous sommes dans notre droit en réclamant un remboursement ou un remplacement de l'article qu'ils refusent de faire. Les 10 ans de garantie sont une foutaise ! The only good thing about these pans are that they look good. I bought a skillet and grillet and no matter how much oil you use everything sticks, literally everything. You then have to soak them for 2 days to get everything off. Complete waste of money

I ordered two sets of dishes online. They came and the color did not work. Trying to return them required multiple calls and online investigation. Finally their customer service said I could return but they would not pay for shipping. Shipping quotes were $200. Ridiculous. - do NOT order anything online from this Company.

I have a full set of La Creuset set cookware from a braiser, two dutch ovens, different sized pots and the big skillet. So far everything but the skillet is awesome to cook with and clean after. The skillet is a whole different story. It's not enamel coated like the rest of the cookware. I've followed every direction given, called customer service who told us to follow the use and care instructions but nothing matters. Everything sticks no matter what we do. Today I made 12 scrambled eggs and I'm having a heck of a time getting it clean. If I could I'd take this back and use the braiser as a skillet. This thing is fairly useless.

Until recently, I would have been a 5-star reviewer of Le Creuset, but our recent interactions with them have changed that. Several years ago, we had a beige-colored Le Creuset pot from which the enamel started coming off. Le Creuset customer support was fantastic to deal with and they replaced the pot under their warranty. Wonderful! More recently, however, the enamel has started coming off our 12" beige skillet. (Interestingly, both of our beige-colored items suffered similar issues.) We contacted customer support, but the experience this time has been quite different. They offered to replace the skillet with their Cassadou pot, which is smaller and deeper. We pointed out to them that we like the shallower, wider skillet we have and asked if we could get the braiser instead. The braiser would be more in line with what we use our skillet for, but they don't seem interested. They seem more focused on the replacement having a handle than on how we use our current skillet. We'd be open to discussing paying any price difference, but the pot is what they have decided they are sending us, and they are only interested in ascertaining our color preference. So, be aware that if Le Creuset no longer makes an item you have a problem with, you'll likely get what they decide you get. It appears that why you bought your item in the first place is of no interest to them. Le Creuset don't make the skillet anymore, so without any regard for why we bought the larger, shallower skillet in the first place, they are sending us a pot. We bought a skillet, we're getting a pot. Case closed. Not wonderful.

Edit 5/31: Le Creuset responded to my post (see below) confirming that they arbitrarily decide what they will replace an item with if it's discontinued. I wonder how they'd feel if they bought a pair of hiking boots and the manufacturer decided to replace them with stilettos under their warranty. Yep, it makes about that much sense. I'll no longer be a Le Creuset customer.
