Leaze Omdömen 

Ich hatte bereits im Juni 2026 zu den Machenschaften von Habyt oder Germany Living 3 (LEAZE) oder wie immer sie sich gerade nennen etwas geschrieben. Inzwischen habe ich ein Versäumisurteil unter dem Aktenzeichen
33052 C 298/26 gegen die Germany LIving 3, vertreten durch die GF Ingo Forbinger und Leonard Landwehr, Kronenstrasse 63 in 10117 Berlin beim Amtsgericht Frankfurt erwirkt.
Kontopfändungen sind bereits in vollem Gange.
Sollte das hier irgendein Mitarbeiter, der in meinen Augen kriminellen Firma lesen oder gar die GF der Germany Living. Ich werde keine Ruhe geben und Sie können sich bereits jetzt auf einen Strafantrag wegen Untreue und Unterschlagung einstellen, sollten die Kautionen nicht ausgekehrt werden.
Das kommt so sicher wie das Amen in der Kirche.
Sie haben sich hier den falschen ausgesucht.

Leaze is the new name of Habyt, which has plenty of negative reviews already. I stayed with Habyt/Leaze for over a year. The apartment was in poor condition when I arrived and it was evident that none of the cleaning between tenancies advertised on the website was carried out. Most appliances were either broken or badly damaged, and some rooms were in bad shape.
Habyt/Leaze lacks a direct communication method for immediate tenant support - they have no reachable phone number. Tenants can email or create support tickets, but response times vary dramatically from hours (if they want money from you) to months if you even get one. A housemate had to call a locksmith privately after moving in because their bedroom door was jammed and Habyt had not responded to any message from any of us for several days.
Myself and various housemates repeatedly messaged them about broken appliances, but these would either be briefly humored then ignored, ignored directly or merged with previous ignored tickets due to 'repeated conversations taking up space'. It took over a year for Habyt to send technicians to repair damaged appliances and rooms, and we never received any prior notification about their visits either (shocking as technicians weren't given apartment keys).
I did receive my deposit back after the end of my tenancy, but it took months longer than promised in the tenancy agreement and only came after >90 emails from me. I know from other reviews many people have not been so lucky, especially given Habyt's recent downsizing and rebranding as Leaze. Avoid 'Germany Living' too, it is another (rancid) branch stemming from Habyt.
To achieve this downsizing, it appears Habyt has without notice evicted lots of tenants across Germany and the Netherlands. This means lots of people don't have to worry about signing up with them anymore (they left the city I live in entirely), but this is of course horrible for the evicted tenants. If any of this sounds remotely appealing to you then sign up with Leaze, and know they will only care about the money in your bank account. A terrible letting agency full of hot air and broken promises.

Honestly, it was my worst experience, and I never recommend it to anyone. During my stay, we had several problems, but they didn't answer or fix any of them, and all the time they ignored you. Honestly, if I want to describe them simply, they are really bad. Because they are professionals at writing the contract so that afterward you can't claim anything, but they just want to take your money for a really bad property and worse support.

No reply from support after weeks, absolute shit.

Tried to rent apartment via them. Filled webform, then system promises to send mail with more info… but nothing. Unable to get in touch via other ways or no reaction either (like on insta) I didn’t get contacted back since 1 week now Seems all fake.

It was known as Habyt before. Please check their reviews too. It is very easy and quick to get a room. And if you only stay for a short time, it's okay. But I was with them for almost three years. I am glad to finally move out. We had ants up unto the 6th floor for A WHOLE YEAR before they finally took actions. They don't clean the mattresses in between renting periods. And no answers to your enquiries at all. And if you get an answer it's AI that doesn't help at all. Stay away if you can. They ghosted support enquiries before they changed the name. But now, as Leaze, they don't answer at all anymore.

Terrible company, stealing money from people, everyone should avoid and customers should make a collective complain in a legal way against this company. What they are doing is beyond illegal and karma will return everything to the owners and employee's who are covering this huge fraud.

They reply super quick when you text them except when you text them about your deposit, then you get ghosted and will never see it again.

They are fraudsters who keep your deposit. Do not book with them. Lost 1300EUR with them

They changed their name from habyt to leaze. Please google the trustpilot reviews from habyt. There is nothing more to say.

Formally known as Habyt, they’re customer service is horrible. If you have problems with your rental goodluck getting it fixed because they will not reply to you and leave you in the dark.
