My shipment was delayed due to a quality issue that was discovered before shipment. Customer service let me know why and when the new bag would be sent. Very responsive and cordial. The bag is gorgeous!
There were problems with the bag I ordered for my daughter and customer service was extremely helpful in making it right. They promptly responded to my emails and ultimately sent my daughter a new bag which she loves. Excellent customer service!

My husband had ordered a beautiful leather backpack as an anniversary gift a month ago and the threads began to come loose on the hanging loop. I reached out to the company and they were very quick to respond back took great care to send a replacement bag. They were very kind and went above and beyond to make sure I had a product worth putting their name on it.
