Ashley was helpful, resourceful, & provided just the right amount of follow-up without being intrusive.

It doesn't get much simpler than using Lease End. 15 minutes or less on the phone and they will have you on your way. Not much to do but send a couple photos and sign a couple docs. Super fast and didnt have to deal with going back down to the dealership.

Very easy to deal with and i love the fact they take the hassle out of dealing with the dealership.

I was weary of using Lease End, but ended up highly impressed with them. They handled every aspect, explained things in detail and in layman's terms. 2 quick phone calls and my lease end was taken care of. They found a good rate and everything is done or being taken care of. I can breathe easier knowing they are on top of things. No complaints at all.

Every LeaseEnd rep I spoke to was very polite and knowledgeable. Process was easy and simple. I was pretty busy with work and they were very helpful to accommodate my schedule.

I would warn potential clients caveat emptor. I was contacted by an agent after filling out a questionnaire on social media. I spoke with the gentleman several times regarding the procedures they employ in successfully obtaining a lease end buyout of my car. I inquired about how they acquired information about my credit, whether it was a soft pull or a hard pull from the credit agencies. I was assured that the credit inquiries were soft pulls and that there was a fair credit reporting act that protects the consumer when for instance, shopping for a car you go to many dealerships and that after 45 days they combine all the credit inquiries into one report. I was also assured that they do all the legwork for you in finding out what the payoff is on the car by contacting several different banks and lenders to find out the best deal that they can get for you. I asked if I would be contacted by any of these banks or agencies and they said no. Well for starters there were four hard pulls on my credit and I was contacted by two lenders asking me if I was interested in buying out my lease. I will be reporting this to the appropriate agency.

Dean was helpful and professional, really smooth transaction quick and headache free would recommend anyone who wants to buyout their lease or refinance their car. Great experience. You'll be happy!

I have leased Outbacks since 2016 and yes it was nice getting a new vehicle every 3 years, but I'm ready to buy mine out and stop the leasing. Julie was so kind, smart, and informative. She explained the process with ease and I could honestly bet she was smiling the whole time because I could tell by the tone of her voice- so kind and friendly.
