What an amazing company. My daughter absolutely loves her swing. Very easy to put up. Also had a bit of funding left which I didn’t know I was asked Would I like a mystery box of sensory things to the value I had left? Thank you so much for making my Family Fund purchase so easy and pleasant.

Learning Space is a brilliant company that adheres to the needs of neurodiverse children and really does offer a vast selection of sensory toys and equipment for children with unique play needs. Learning SPACE company have such a great variety to cater for people with special needs. They even helped me find a wonderful swing seat with a frame for my son who has autism and a lot of sensory needs. I will definitely be using learning SPACE again.

I had an issue with the first tyre deflating very quickly. I spoke with customer service who asked for photo/video evidence to pass to the manufacturer, which I sent. Within a couple of days the manufacturer sent me a new tyre direct, and its perfect. The children love it. Even the toddlers can hold on and bounce (with parental support of course). Every age from toddler to 6 love it, they especially love the fact they can all do it together, and it's really good exercise for them.
Even though there was a fault originally, it was all sorted out very quickly and amicably, so I am really happy with my experience and the product. Thank you.

Our school placed an order for some large pieces of equipment for our outside classroom. My contact was Niamh, and she was amazing. All of my questions were answered extremely promptly, and she was polite and friendly at all times. I couldn't have asked for a better, or more professional service. Excellent service from Learning Space. I recently ordered something on behalf of my work, which was delivered by DPD but to a closed office on a Friday evening. Sadly by the time the office opened on the Monday morning the package had been stolen. As the package was costly and we are a charity we could not afford to replace the package. Upon contacting Learning Space I was working with Georgina. Georgina proactively went out of her way to contact me and find us a resolution. She was friendly, helpful and ultimately Learning Space replaced the package, and I passed them the crime reference number and Learning Space are following up with DPD. Products exactly as described and I cannot overstate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend dealing with Learning Space. And huge thank you to Georgina.

Georgina was so helpful and managed to get the products I wanted onto an order for me, which made the experience so much easier to manage. They have an absolutely massive range of toys and equipment for all price ranges. I got a grant from family fund for £300 and was able to look through their extensive catalogue to get enough bits to start a sensory room for my daughter.

I placed an order through learning space for some sensory toys for my daughter, the ordering process was easy and I found everything I wanted within my price range. I was updated every step of the way with my order until unfortunately my parcel was left outside my front door by the courier service and it was taken whilst I was out. From then on I can not fault Learning space customer service as they talked me through how to log it, they checked stock and arranged with myself replacement items which weren't in stock and then they reshipped it as soon as they had processed the order and they even managed to get it to me 3 days before Christmas! The customer service is top tier and I can't thank them enough for the help they provided throughout the whole process. My order is fantastic and the quality is great. I would highly recommend ordering from them.
