Can absolutely recommend the Lean6 Team!
Despite wanting to lose weight I was unsure of what exactly to do to achieve this and how to best get started, including the motivation…
The tailored programme and support have been instrumental on keeping me on track and moving me towards achieving my goals. Both the nutrition and exercise plans are designed to your fit personal requirements, the time you have available and also your lifestyle pattern. A lot of the coaching focuses on education and advice on how to live healthier and adopting new habits that are simple and sustainable - making sure the benefits of the programme are here to stay and not a fad.
The coaching calls with Nick and Ryan are always positive and encouraging and in the 4 months we have been working together I have dropped 15kg (over 2 stone!) and have gone from disastrously unfit to confidently completing a 5km run several times a week.
Can absolutely recommend the Lean6 Team!
