I'm 77 years old and have ordered many plants online from many different nurseries.
The 'Fiddle leaf fig' plants received from Leaf Envy are the best plants ever received from any supplier. I just hope they will look so great after a few months of my care.
Thank you Leaf Envy, I will be back.

A good choice of house plants and the packaging and delivery were excellent.

Brought a money tree from leafenvy, initially it was recieved quite damaged from transport, this was partly due to poor packaging but the courier would have also been partially responsible. I sent pictures of the broken branches and ripped leaves to leafenvy and their customer service was excellent. I recieved a partial refund and guidance on how to care for the plant to revive it. I am happy to say a few weeks later it is now thriving with new growth sprouting all over. I would purchase from leafenvy again dispite initial issues as I felt they resolved these appropriately.

My plants arrived few days after ordering very well wrapped & packed the most beautiful healthy plants were delivered I immediately ordered more for my grandson he has a love of the snake plant he said he thought it was artificial as it was so perfect!! Once I make more room I’ll be ordering more!!

Great plants and pots too. Bought from them as section on website allows you to filter for pet safe plants that are OK with cats/dogs. DPD didn't deliver one of six parcels but was sent a replacement next day so am happy with that service. Would recommend and buy again.

I ordered a plant and a lady rang me and said it would be a few days late, so she would send me another one to apologise for this.I was so taken back by this as this had never happened to me before, somebody actually putting themselves out.
I now have two lovely healthy plants in lovely pots.I can't recommend Leaf Envy enough. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you so much

My plant arrived next day as expected, how get it arrived upside down, broken and soil everywhere.

I needed to patch up the plant, trim it down and repair the damage.

When I contacted customer services they were very lovely but not that interested in making it right.

When you pay over £70 for a plant, plant pot and stand you expect it to arrive it a decent condition as I explained to customer services, you wouldn’t select a broken plant in a shop, so why accept it online?

Reluctantly they refunded my delivery cost (£1.67)

Very impressed with product, delivery time and packaging. My new Fiddle Leaf Fig plant arrived looking really well. A little confusing with the cross-branding (they’ve just merged with Beards & Daisies but hopefully B&D will let them revert to their own branding!) but everything else all good.

Love this company. I have bought plants from them on a few occasions. The plants are of great quality and are thriving, even with my not very attentive care. The other thing for me that makes this company stand out above others, is the packaging. Being online they are packaged so very well, they never come to any kind of harm. They arrive in pristine condition every time, unlike other companies that have sent out their plants in flimsy packaging, resulting in damaged or at least in a “ruffled” condition. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
