Terrible company. Terrible leads. Tried to get some satisfaction with the so called leads. They promised if I continued to pay for leads they would work something out for the 3 previous leads that would not answer a text or call. Didn't want to keep throwing money away so just cancelled. Do not use this company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. These guys will take it but you will get NOTHING in return. Their leads are not interested in selling. They only want to know their home value...seriously? One year, THOUSANDS of dollars and not one listing or sale. Furthermore, those "sellers" still have not sold to date, not with me or a competitor. You have nobody to complain to either. No phone number to call. Send them an email and they may call you back if you are lucky. Run don't walk!!

I believe the setup fee was $2500 and $250 per leads. Now I will say, they are real leads, they are home owners, and some are open to selling buttttt none are serious. Any one is willing to sell for $200k over asking, I still follow up with many of these people, and still have not closed a deal. There is 1 that might do something this summer which is about a 12 month turn around. I would spend my month on realtor.com or zilliow if I were to do it again.
Their business model is simple. get Virtual assistants to call a bunch of home owners and find a way to get them to say yes they might consider selling, (with no motivation) then verify it then boom $250 from you. Good luck getting $1m on a $500k house

I have tried to get my issues resolved, and with their "New Owner" nothing. I get promotion texts but when I reply with my experience, nothing.

For the record I closed 18 transactions- so I know what I am doing

Leadspring, horrible. Spent a lot of money as they were very persuasive about what they could do, also saw good reviews, which appear to have all gone away. None of leads panned out and requested refund, now the company itself will not return my calls. Please save yourself the heartache and do not fall sign with this company, over promise and dont just under deliver, but literally just don't deliver.

This company needs to be shut down. over promise and not quality leads. Anyone can call someone and ask if they are interested in a free market analysis. My leads were crap and so is this company. Dont buy their leads~ Its a scam you wont even get a receipt by email, everything is over the phone

Calling and calling and calling. I tell the sales agents I’m not interested and they are condescending and rude. “We’re not interested either” - Kerry. Great sales tactics! I’m sure your leads are the same. Trash! If you weren’t interested, you wouldn’t be BLOWING ME UP!!!

Paid $2500 to set up an account and $250 for any lead generated. The first "free" lead was a ghost. The second lead seemed almost identical to the free lead. The third (ghosted) also bore a striking resemblence to the other lead. Called Leadspring and spoke to a very enthusastic woman who promised to follow up and do a warm transfer NEVER happened. A follow up call got me another rep who was going to find out about the bad leads. BUT I've already blown $2500 and wasn't open to paying $250 for leads especailly when I got ghosted and or the lead wasn't doing anything for 6 months. No realtor is paying to wait 6 months. BTW all leads had lenghty wait times (so not a good lead) and were eldery moving with several properties. Had them shut the account down, periodiclly they still send me a garbage lead. I remind them I will sue them, and no further contact. The only good reviews are monitored by them on their site.
