I had used leads2trade in the past for solar leads. I was aware that their refund for poor leads wasn't great, and I made them aware of this before the 1st lead came in, but I was prepared to try them again. First lead came in with a meeting within 3 days. I visited the clients property and they said they had forgotten about the appointment and could we change it to 7 days later, which I did. 1 hour before the next scheduled meeting the customer called to cancel as he had changed his mind.
I informed leads2trade and asked for a refund,,,,their policy is that you cannot get a refund if 7 days have passed from the original appointment therefore they refused to refund the lead

Very good. Great communication, good online portal. Like all lead providers you need a system to deal with the customers asap. Great refund or replacement policy.

After some time using the services of Leads2Trade, I am sorry to say that my experience has been disappointing, to say the least. It is with regret that I am left with no choice but to share my frustrations and offer an honest review that may help future potential clients make an informed decision.

One of my primary concerns revolves around the quality of the leads provided by Leads2Trade. Despite their assurances of "high-quality, vetted leads," my team and I were inundated with leads that were largely unresponsive, inaccurately targeted, or worse, completely irrelevant. The amount of time spent chasing these leads and trying to convert them was detrimental to our productivity and morale.

Furthermore, Leads2Trade's customer service left a lot to be desired. On multiple occasions, it was challenging to get through to a representative. When we did manage to get through, responses were often vague and non-committal, providing little to no resolution for our issues. This lack of support was not only unprofessional but also caused further frustration.

In terms of the platform itself, Leads2Trade seems outdated compared to other services on the market. The interface is not intuitive, and the lack of features and customization options seriously limit its usability. There was also no apparent initiative to update or enhance the platform, which leads me to question the company's commitment to innovation.

Despite the potential benefits that were advertised, the value for money that Leads2Trade provided simply did not match up to its promises. The cost was high considering the poor quality of the leads, lack of support, and outdated platform.

Overall, my experience with Leads2Trade was disappointing. In the competitive space of lead generation, I believe there are better options out there. I would advise any business looking for a reliable lead generation partner to consider alternative services that provide real value for money, better customer service, and most importantly, high-quality, responsive leads.
