I saw RenoLeadz on Instagram a while back and was later contacted by their sales manager. At first, they strongly suggested I purchase their 3-lead package for $450. I was skeptical because I previously had a poor experience with HomeStars after they switched to a paid lead model. I felt the price was high, so I wanted time to think about it.
Later, another salesperson contacted me and even sent me a supposed lead through WhatsApp, saying they had work ready to go. I checked their website and noticed they also offered a 1-lead option for $150, so I decided to try that instead. Unfortunately, it turned into a frustrating experience.
First, they sent me a Stripe payment link charging $150 USD. I pointed out that the pricing issue was not what was advertised. Then they sent another incorrect link showing a monthly subscription of $150. After raising the issue again, they finally sent the correct payment link for one lead at $150.
It has now been a week, and I still have not received any lead. When I asked for a refund, they stopped replying entirely.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution small contractors or businesses before using RenoLeadz. Poor communication, billing confusion, and no delivery of service made this a very disappointing experience. Thankfully, I did not purchase the larger package. Now I’m left dealing with my credit card company to try and recover the payment.

Please be cautious when dealing with this group. Individuals using names like “Ria” or “Emma Johnson” (which appear to be aliases) make big promises, but the leads provided are extremely poor in quality. My husband had a negative experience with them, so I’m sharing this to help others stay informed. We are currently looking into the appropriate channels to file a formal complaint.
- They start by offering large, high‑value jobs, but the actual leads delivered are nowhere close to what was promised.
- They claim you’ll have a dedicated account manager, but when you need support, calls go unanswered. The “managers” keep changing, making it impossible to get help.
- After sending a few low‑quality leads, they close the order and insist they’ve fulfilled the agreement, then pressure you to pay more for additional leads.
Contractors, please be careful. Many of the positive reviews circulating online appear questionable.
Common red flags in lead‑generation scams include:
• Promises of guaranteed results or “exclusive leads”
• Prices that seem too good to be true
• Fake or AI‑generated testimonials
Stay alert and protect yourself.

BEWARE! I REPEAT BEWARE DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. They flat out robbed me of $1695. They tell you they will get you qualified leads, and if I buy the highest package, then they will provide me solid leads
Guess how many leads I have gotten in 3 months, ZERO! They took my money and literally wasted it. Like at least give me leads, even if they are bad leads, its up to me.to convert them to sales. THEY PROVIDED ME WITH 0 LEADS. I have never been scammed by a company like this. I asked them for my money back and told them I would reconsider writing this review, they don't pick up my calls, nor respond to texts. I don't know how they are legally operating, if you check their 5 star reviews carefully you can see they are all fake and AI generated pictures. I wish I saw the red flags and reconsidered. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. I AM OUT OF $1695 BECAUSE OF THESE SCAMMERS.

This company is fake don't trust them. All lies and scammer. There from India scamming people. no wonder all them gonna get deported.

I went to their website and subscribed to their google ads package the starter one as my budget for ads was up to 1K. After that, I was assigned a dedicated account manager Neel, A great guy. He helped me set up my account and created and managed an ads campaign for me. I can not believe with this kind of low budget they have generated huge revenue for me. This is my 4th month, still working with them and scaling my business. Amazing lead generation company.
