Disproportionately expensive and incomptente

We called Leader Services for an urgent electrical issue on a thursday evening, as we were without electricity. Over the course of several interventions, we paid a total of over €1,600, yet the problem was never solved by their team and we stayed without electricity from thursday until Monday.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of transparency: 1) no clear or stable diagnosis, 2) contradictory assessments provided over time, 3) no detailed technical report or clear deliverables explaining what was actually tested or concluded, 4) very high costs justified by “forfait pricing,” even though the root cause was clearly not identified at the time. So in the end we paid all this amount for nothing.
Each incorrect or incomplete diagnosis led to yet another expensive intervention, which we paid, without any real progress. At some point, we were even redirected to the grid operator (Sibelga), again without resolving the issue.
In the end, an independent electrician solved the problem the following monday (so in total we stayed 4 days without electricity) by identifying and addressing the actual root cause that should have been obvious much earlier.
To their credit, after a long back‑and‑forth and so not even by their initiative, Leader Services eventually agreed to a partial refund of €500. However, this does not compensate for the time lost, the stress of being without electricity, nor the feeling of paying repeatedly for incorrect assessments and missing accountability and the fact that we finally paid more than 1100 euro to stay without electiricty for over 4 days.
Emergency situations require clarity, trust, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.
