After trying to contact this firm numerous times no one ever bothers to answer the phone! No one even bothers to answer their sales line I don't know how they can function!

I was assigned Michael McNally as my account handler for purchasing a property. I've never managed to speak to him, he has an assistant called Daniealla who is just as impossible to deal with.

I've sent numerous e-mails over the last 3 weeks the last response I had was 24/07 and previous to that after the same vigorous contact was 09/07.

I was promised an excellent service, this is far from it, I would avoid the entire firm. If I hadn't already started the process I wish I would have went elsewhere.

I'm a first time buyer, buying and empty property. The property was accepted in the middle of April and we are now edging ever closer to September and worse yet I have no idea where the house sale is as no one is contactable, this part is the most frustrating and I can see other feedback on here with exactly the same reason.

I have requested that their manager contact me in my last response today advising I wish to raise a complaint. I very much doubt I will get any response. I hope these kind of firms are regulated and that I will be able to have my complaint dealt with by a 3rd party professional. I will be able to provide me email contact and call log.

Absolutely abysmal

My experience with Nabil and Sajitha completely exceeded my expectations with regards to conveyancing. I am an experienced buyer and I was told that to complete in 8 weeks is unheard of. Nabil and Sajitha were so efficient they were ready to complete in only 6 weeks. I was kept informed almost daily, with the progress of the sale, and never had to chase to know where things were. They were extremely quick to respond to any questions I had and made the whole experience stress-free. The app/portal to view documents I had submitted/signed and the ability to upload any documents was really helpful to keep track of also. Would highly recommend their services and will be using them for the sale of my other property as well as my onward purchase.

My experience was overall satisfactory, as the solicitor instructed was competent.
What I didn't appreciate about the overall service of Leadenhall Law group was the lack of communication, where the first solicitor I instructed either got fired or resigned. It took me one month to find out that the solicitor following my case had changed; they informed me after my fourth chase. As an account manager, I personally make it a point to call my new clients when I am assigned a new account. None bothered to call me. After that hiccup, everything went smoothly. As I said, the solicitor was very good at his job, but I suppose the company's procedures should be revised.

Nabil Shah and Sajitha Govindaraj from Leadenhall Group were our legal team for our recent flat sale in central London. They provided excellent support throughout. The whole sale process from acceptance to completion was conducted very efficiently, with excellent communication, making it very easy from our perspective. We are more than happy to recommend Leadenhall Group to anyone wanting to sell a property.

Birgul at Leadenhall Law Group in Norwich was brilliant throughout the whole process of selling my flat. She was efficient and very detail-oriented, always responding quickly with answers to my questions, information, and next steps via email. The whole process was made simple, and I had full access to where we were in the process and I could ask for updates at any point. When I struggled with the paperwork, she was patient and gave clear information and instructions.

It was good to have the online updates, friendly but professional emails, clear instructions on what to do next and what to expect.
Although there were replies to voice mail messages by email it would have been better to be able to speak to a person.

The service I received from Georgia and Johnny was excellent. Responded promptly to my questions and reacted quickly to any questions from the buyers solicitor.

This is the second time I have used the company and it was again a very efficient and easy transaction, Birgul Akar handled everything for me and kept the process pain free and easy.

Nabil and Sajitha were a pleasure to work with on our flat sale, which was carried out efficiently and completed on the agreed date.

I am not one to complain; however, I've had months of trying to work with Leadenhall to come back to the enquiries I have made with no joy, so despite my best efforts to resolve the matters directly, I've been forced to write a review.

We used Leadenhall as our conveyancing team and experienced several issues throughout the process. We were unexpectedly reassigned to a different legal representative partway through, as the original contact was not operating to the standard we had paid for.

More importantly, the legal team failed to provide adequate guidance during the review and finalisation of our agreements and documentation. As a result, we were not equipped with the necessary information to question or challenge policies that have now proven to be insufficient.

One critical omission was the failure to highlight that the buildings insurance excludes coverage for flat roofs — despite the property clearly having a flat roof. This is a significant oversight and represents a failure in their duty of care, which has now led to serious complications for us as homeowners.

As first-time buyers, we place our trust in professionals whose expertise we rely on to guide us through the process. It's deeply concerning that such a failure can lead to significant long-term consequences.

We are extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend Leadenhall based on our experience.

The solicitors (Sajitha Govindaraj & Nabil Shah) were helpful and professional. They were responsive to all our requests and provided up-dates as needed.

On what was not an easy house sale and purchase, Amber Howarth provided a professional service for which I was very grateful. It was certainly a vastly superior service to my previous solicitors during my last house move. Although communication was a little slow initially this improved closer to exchange and completion and I would not hesitate to use Amber and Leadenhall for a house purchase in the future.

Great team, great skills and cooperation throughout the whole deal process

We had a mixed experience… unfortunately for us we had the longest buying/selling journey ever due to the chain falling through multiple times… but Leadenhall were very efficient, however, we did find ourselves also having to chase multiple parties for information on their behalf which was very stressful
