Fal was easy to talk with and supportive through the process.

At the beginning of getting my contract, I paid for a solicitor/Lawyer to review the contract prior to me signing it.

I wasn't done by Sarah in time, and I had no calls returned after trying to chase this up, the seller put pressure on me to sign it, or they were going to give it to someone else.
So That's what I done, I signed it without having the advice I paid your team for.
I still received no evidence it was done and still was charged the payment. I was extremely disappointed in the efforts in the beginning.

Due to my consultants being away and not available I was reassigned to Adele Monahan and she was very helpfully. She put the effort into helping me get on track.
If not for Adele stepping in, I would call the whole experience dreadful, if not that, completely unprofessional.

They were clear with their processes and communication, we were always able to get hold of them if we had questions, and we went into settlement confident they were on top of it. Paula went to great lengths to call me with updates and reassure me things were going well and that we were well prepared to settle.

The process of buying my first home in Australia was extremely stressful and the process was new to me. Jesi, was very patient and understanding with me throughout the process. She was helpful and communicated very well.

Lead conveyancing made the process of buying a house relatively stress free. The only concern I had was that the communication over the Christmas/ new year period was lacklustre and I felt that my file had been left behind because my point person was on leave.

I engaged this firm for a fixed-fee conveyancing matter and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing.
They are located overseas, not in QLD as stated and you will receive emails at 1am, phone calls early in the morning and late at night.
Majority of emails (despite your response) are AI generated and you often received the exact same email days apart from someone else, even though you have already replied.

During the process, I had to request corrections to the contract documentation on three separate occasions due to incorrect details and terms being included which they all failed to pick up. This caused unnecessary delays and raised concerns about the level of care being exercised on my file from day 1.

More concerning, searches were undertaken without my express instruction on the assumption that the contract was unconditional although it was not. I was subsequently invoiced for these searches and work despite never authorizing them. Clients should not be charged for work they did not approve.
I had to deal with 4 people, breaking the chain of email and no consistency with the file

Clear communication, accuracy, and proper client authority are fundamental in legal services. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone engaging this firm ensures all instructions are confirmed in writing and that the scope of work is clearly agreed before any costs are incurred.
I would not use this company. They say they will pay you $100 if they don't respond within 48hrs although there is always sometime to write a useless email just shy of this time to avoid these fees.
I have since engaged in a new legal firm in which matters are dealt with on a personal level, emails respond to quickly and timeline stuck to.

I have used a few different conveyancing services, over the years .When buying and selling property in NSW where I live .
I was very nervous when I brought a first time investment property in QLD .Then finding out the process was different to NSW ,it totally confused me and had me worrying if had made the right decision.LEAD was recommended by a friend who had also had investment property in QLD .So I called them for my purchase and now the sale of the property .I found everything was done smoothly communication was absolutely amazing .I would receive an email then follow up call to talk me through it .My anxiety was alleviated throughout the whole process.I genuinely could not fault Adele, who was my conveyor.She took control of things and everything was so streamlined .I have a very busy work role ,and having one less thing on mind or task to do is so welcome .I was so confident in Adele and the service, I even forgot when settlement date. Basically knowing that she had it covered made me relaxed with the whole process. Their rates are reasonable for all they do and go beyond doing .I could not recommend Adele and LEAD enough .
