I had a conversation with Zitho and I truly appreciate the support she gave me. She was incredibly patient throughout the process. Even when I missed her calls, she never gave up — she would send a message and call me at the exact time I said I would be available.
At a time when I was feeling very stressed and overwhelmed, she remained calm and reassuring. She assured me that I would get the help I needed and took the time to explain everything clearly until I fully understood. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns with professionalism and kindness.
