The ordering process was flawless and the item arrived very fast. This was a gift for my girlfriend and she was absolutely delighted by the good quality and finishing! She order items from Cuppini quite regularly, so it was a delight to surprise her with a luxury cardigan.

I own now 4 coats from L. Cuppini and I am very happy with the items. Beautiful quality. I am sure I will order again. I am very happy the custom duty to the EU are now covered, so you don't have to worry about extra costs. I did need the customer service a few times but they helped me out very well.

I'll be honest and say I was very wary of L Cuppini for over a year. I had been targeted by frequent ads on Facebook and similar looking companies advertising luxurious coats had, on investigation, turned out to be scams. It wasn't until a youtuber - Leonora Smee - joined forces with them that I thought that they might be legit and then there were some other films on YT showing people visiting the London store. These gave me the confidence to order the Elise parka.
It arrived promptly via DHL, with regular tracking updates and beautifully packaged, including its own storage bag. The coat is absolutely perfect - exactly as shown and hoped for and gorgeously soft, warm, light and luxurious. It is, without doubt, the nicest coat I have ever owned!

I‘m very satisfied with the purchase, I’ve bought two suede jackets and both of them are amazing, incredible suede quality, magnificent colors and perfect and very comfortable fit. The delivery was also really fast. And nice compliment and gift, which arrived together with my order, made totally good experience and of course sweet impression.

I‘ve bought the Becky leather jacket in two colors-Dark Brown and suedeleather and love Both so much. Great Quality, Design, Price Point & fit. I hope, it will come in Black soon. Highly recommended

I am obsessed with my L Cuppini coat. I get compliments on it EVERY SINGLE TIME I wear it. Hard to wear any other coat at this point! I want one in every color.

Customer service replies back promptly. They have been helpful however I have unfortunately experienced shipping and quality issues from some orders. Overall the products I have received have been beautiful and I will continue to purchase from L.Cuppini in the future. I also love it’s a female independently owned and operated business

I purchased the Alexandra in Brown and Daisy jacket, both are absolutely stunning to wear and they both bring me so much joy to wear when the weather is cold, stylish and warm in one outfit and can elevate any outfit just thrown on top, shall definitely purchase more going forward as I feel they offer good value for money.
