Lazy Susan Ltd Omdömen

Delivery was prompt, lovely product.

Really pleased with our Lazy Susan Catherine table overall. The quality feels excellent and sturdy, and it looks like it will be a stress-free, weatherproof addition to the garden for years to come. Customer service has also been consistently responsive and helpful throughout.

Like many others have mentioned, the courier experience could definitely be improved, and we did run into some issues with insufficient nuts and screws in the package. Also worth noting that the “Antique Bronze” finish looks more black than bronze in person — although I personally ended up being happy with the colour.

One thing to be aware of is that the assembly was quite complex for me personally, so I ended up hiring an expert through Taskrabbit to put it together.

Despite those small issues, we love the table and are very happy with the purchase.

The delivery was efficient and the table and chairs are lovely. I am very pleased with my new patio set and I would recommend this product. The table, chairs and parasol base came flatly packed and assembling it all was time consuming but it was worth it.

This is my second purchase from Lazy Susan and it is fabulous garden furniture.
I bought a two seater bench last year and it still looks brand new.
Very easy to assemble with clear instructions.
I’m gradually replacing wooden patio furniture and Lazy Susan’s products are made to last.

Not my first purchase, and doubtful it will be my last as I begin to move all my wooden garden furniture over to these cast aluminium ones.

I seem to have "suffered" from a wee issue from the factory, which I notified LS of by email. It wasn't really a complaint, but..... I received a call within minutes, and everything resolved OK.

The sign of a good company is what happens when things don't go totally as expected. Things can and do go wrong on rare occasions. So when a company moves quickly to rectify, then it is much appreciated.

Bench is a good size, height and length, and seems very well made (although obviously prolonged exposure to the weather is the real test). I would have liked the screws to be slightly longer, as putting the seat together on my own I found the washers kept trying to escape. But that is a very minor thing.

Great garden furniture. Very sturdy. Love the colour I've chosen too. Looks lovely in the garden.

Purchased a table and six chairs in 2021 and was pleased with the product. This year all chairs are flaking a nd rusting.,one in particular, but all others are showing same signs.I wonder if this is bad batch coating.
I have been offered replacement chairs at £70 each but feel that I would be wasting my money so hopefully will source a better quality elsewhere.
Listening to advert on classic FM. today which again I feel does not mention deterioration but extols the virtues of this furniture.

Really easy to put together. We bought the set as we have family that has the same which has lasted 4/5years sat outside with no issue at all. Delivery took a couple of weeks which was longer than anticipated, but was well organised when the delivery company had it.

Delighted with my purchase, delivered very quickly, thank you.

My recent discovery of Lazy Susan was definitely a stroke of luck! My new garden furniture arrived a few days ago and I couldn't be happier. From the order to the delivery, everything was amazingly smooth. The furniture is gorgeous, great quality and exactly as described. It was delivered in sturdy packaging and brought straight into my back garden by two lovely gentlemen. I would definitely recommend this company from the rooftop! Such service and quality is a rarity today and deserves to be recognised. Thank you so much.

Excellent service from booking to delivery to aftercare, with a great product that we're pleased with.

The Lazy Susan bench ordered is comfortable and very good looking. It arrived promptly as promised and is good quality.

Easy to order, delivery was well managed, and happy with the build quality, style and comfort of the product.

Bought a number of items from Lazy Susan; all have been excellent. Look amazing and seem to weather really well. Would definitely recommend them.

Great service from Lazy Susan from start to finish, we are delighted with our new garden furniture, it arrived as scheduled and was extremely well packed. My husband and I assembled everything with ease, it was a little time consuming but it comes supplied with everything you need even an allen key and screwdriver but my husband preferred to use his own. (Personal choice). We are so happy with it it's very sturdy and well made which is what we were looking for as the last garden furniture we bought literally fell apart after only two years, so we decided to invest in this beautiful set and we're not disappointed. Roll on summer and thank you Lazy Susan we will definitely be recommended your furniture to our family and friends.

Delivered when said, great quality and the customer service (a me problem not them) was absolutely fantastic. Will definitely buy from them again.

The Lazy Susan furniture looks fantastic when it is put together, but it is not easy to assemble. The main problem is that some of the casting is not true. My husband had to use lots of extra nuts to pack bolts so that the chairs and tables do not rock on a flat surface.
The difficulty of assembly is the reason we do not purchase more items.

Lovely garden furniture, good quality and value for money. Straight forward to assemble even for myself as a lone female. Easy to order and kept informed of delivery date and time which arrived exactly as expected.

Speedy delivery. Very well boxed. Excellent set of tools supplied to put the bench together. Easy to put the bench together. Excellent product. Would thoroughly recommend Lazy Susan products.
