The outdoor department were so helpful
The outdoor department were so helpful, friendly, and willing to help load things into the van. The indoor staff were efficient, warm, and welcoming. Also, the outdoor security guards made some really funny jokes.

The team at Lawsons are always friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Whether we are doing a big or small project, Lawsons has proved to be professional and reliable, which I cannot say is always true for other firms. Mark and the shop based team definitely make Lawsons the go to place for us.

The drawdown system is painful.
The drawdown system is painful.
So time consuming and not convenient.
There has to be a better system.
The accounting is poor when trying to find balances and refunds etc.

Always helpful
All the staff we deal with are friendly and helpful.
Deliveries are always prompt. Prices are fair and you can get everything under one roof including crane hire for our bigger jobs.

Good Experience
I was very pleased all round with Lawsons from start to finish. After having purchased loads of Decking Boards they were delivered promptly as promised. Also they quickly replaced all the broken/defective ones without any issues. I would therefore recommend them .
