Sent totally the wrong slabs which were twice the price and asked if I wouldn't mind cutting them to the size i needed then they would let me have them for £221 50% of when my original order was £127 I said no come and get them off my drive so I can park my vehicle which took 3 days !! AND no refund till they were collected...ABYSMAL!!!!!

We’re very sorry that you received the wrong slabs and that our proposed workaround was not suitable. We also apologise for the inconvenience caused while the goods remained on your driveway.
Re-routing delivery vehicles can take time, which is why the collection took three days to arrange. Refunds can only be processed once returned goods have been collected and received back into stock.
The delivering branch’s telephone number is shown on the invoice. Contact details for all our branches are also available on our website. Nevertheless, we appreciate how frustrating this experience was and regret that we did not meet the standard of service you expected.

Helpful staff and good stock levels
Helpful staff, they had what I was looking for in stock, location for me is good but access/egress is a bit tricky due to traffic and lorries parking up to deliver to the store.

Most of the time that wasn't Wi-Fi and very accommodating and helpful and try their best to get their delivery help to you on time most of the staff very friendly highly recommend the Horley branch at Redhill
