Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, Mark and Leanne at the Letchworth office were both fantastic, and although the driver delivered much earlier than planned and dropped our load in the wrong place, he quickly returned and moved them for us

The Letchworth branch is always accommodating. We are very happy with the service. Even if they haven’t got items or don’t stock them they will still try and help. Bigger company with a local feel.

we needed 10 sheets of OSB3 urgently
we needed 10 sheets of OSB3 urgently, it was Saturday morning, they close at 12am, so it was a bit rushed, i called at 11.30 and said i was on the way, and gave them the order, i arrived with 10 mins to spare ! they had already got the sheets out, and the forklift driver was waiting to load it.
Completely outstanding customer service by all the staff.
