Got one Loui V bag for my girlfriend, was really surprised with the quality, top product, she loves it. The delivery time took a bit more than 2 weeks but with all the Covid-19 restrictions, this was still a good time for the bag to arrive. All the recommendations.

I was soo excited to receive my item but after several weeks and attempts to contact customer service, I knew I had been scammed. It's been about amonth and a half now and still nothing. I purchased through paypal and still my claim was dismissed. I would really like my hard earned money refunded but I have learned my lesson..SCAMMERS...shame on you!!!

I spent 159.00 for a bag in October and still haven’t received anything!! I message them on what’s app and they finally answered with some lame ass excuse and are a avoiding me! I have pics of what’s app to prove it!

I ordered and payed by PayPal. Then Got an e-mail that told me they had to cancel and i would get a refund. After a long time i Got refunded but they Kept 30$. So i was very disapointed. I would not recomend shopping there.

Everything was great!
