When we returned home Saturday evening I was very impressed with the job Kyle did on our lawn. He went above and beyond what we expected for the service. So thank you again!

Pink Pearl goes out of the way to make my lawn look great.

Phillip did a great job on my lawn. He took out the time to ask me how did I want the lawn cut and trimmed. He manicured my lawn to perfection.

Noble Services has been doing a great job caring for my front and back yards. They recommended and gave me a very reasonable quote to do some extra weed removal as well. They always show up on scheduled days and on time. Noble Services does a great job and I recommend them to anyone!

Never has basic lawn service been so simple. Love the service. Enrique is great as well.

Services have been routinely completed on time and when there are delays, they are clearly communicated.

Their pro showed up to mow my lawn. I opened the gate to the backyard fence for him. The gate was perfectly fine (it was just installed last summer). I go back out there a couple hours later after he was done to shut it- and the gate is totally ruined and broken and off the hinges.

Jeez- I wonder how else that could have happened other than the guy who was out here riding heavy machinery around my gate less than 2 hours before I discovered it. No storms, no heavy winds that day either just to clarify- perfectly normal day.

LawnStarter is refusing any help in damages and repairs- saying their pro did not cause the damage because I dont have video evidence (as expected).

Update- LawnStarter reached out to me and I was told they would re-open my case, however, I was notified shortly after telling me that my claim was still denied because "they have their claims team has their own process to follow".

Well- their process isn't good then and my case is proof of that and now I am out -$1,500 thanks to their process and unwillingness to use common sense. If any one of those employees had the exact same situation happen to them they would be equally frustrated.

Finally, a company is only as good as the service, people and processes it deploys and I had a terrible experience with all the above. I do NOT recommend this service. As far as I am concerned- they will forever be the company that showed up and caused $1,500 worth of damages and left without taking responsibility.

Lawnstarter sent Jason to mow our lawn, and we are very pleased they did. Our former lawn care person left us without warning, so the lawn was not in great shape, including trimming. Jason did a great job on the lawn, trimmed places our former person neglected, cleared debris left after a recent storm. We are two older and disabled people, so good service like Jason provided is greatly appreciated

The poor guy had to mow a hand push mower on a 3/4 of an acre, but he did a real good job. My yard looks real good.

Julio did a great job despite our grass being a little taller from all of the rain. I especially appreciate him suqeezing us in on a day that his crews were mostly busy with a very large contract. The yard looks phenomenal, well cut, weed eated, and blown clean. Would definitely recommend him on his customer service alone, but the quality of work is just as great.
