Not sure what is going on. Supposed to come on Wednesday but email said you would come Thursday, but you didn't come until Saturday. Then a note that we had a new contractor. The grass was cut and trimmed (which is what we hired you for). Don't appreciate the hand out for a tip - you're getting paid for your service already.

This is a scam. They charge your bank account without you approving the work. The lawn service went on line and said he did the work and he did not.

Been with this company for months and no problems or complaints. Fast and efficient professionally down right...

They came over, cut the lawn very well and avoided damaging plants. Not much else I could ask for. I'm very satisfied with the work done.

This is a great service and is done quickly and professionally. My boyfriend handles my lawn care needs so I no longer need their services. They are very reliable, quick and professional.

3rd time getting my yard done and it's great! Worst part is Lawn Love bombards you to leave reviews. a review that's 250 words long to give your professional an extra dollar tip. 400 words and they get an extra $2. If I had time to mow my lawn, I could write the 5 reviews they are asking me to write every time I get my lawn mowed. This is not resulting in that. I am hoping they will leave me alone with the requests.

I am so glad I found Lawn Love. It was so easy to use their site. I got a quote and a few minutes later I was set up for service. The crew does a great job mowing. Everything looks nice. If you aren't pleased with the crew, they will find you another. Lawn Love saved me a ton of time searching and getting quotes. So happy I found them and tried them out.

Lawn Love has done a great job on my Elderly Father’s Yard for going on the Second year now. They always send out good specialist to do the work. Great Service.

Used them twice. Both times my property has been damaged. First a sprinkler then my storm door glass was smashed. I tried to cancel them after the first incident but was told I had to have three visits before I could cancel!

They replaced the sprinkler however with the storm door they asked me for how much the repair would cost. No idea so I googled the repair and put the medium in.

I received an email stating they had added the amount as a credit to my account. I've told them I dont want a credit so they can keep the money in their business, I want my door fixed!! Even if I cancel the account the credit is not converted into cash so im out of pocket.

Absolutely disgraceful practice. So when the website say they have a team of fixers for problems beware. They don't fix they scam. Zero stars.

Setting up service is simple and easy. I have been happy with my service since I started with them over a year ago.

Lawn love is very reliable. There website is very easy to navigate. Can easily reschedule appointments online. The service is very professional. I have been looking for a trusted company for months and got very lucky. Since I have been using Lawn love I can honestly say it was a great choice.

They are a dependable company and they get the job done. Good contact and communication.

We’ve had a really good experience with our lawn care guy! He’s always reliable and comes through for us, even when we need something scheduled last minute. Super responsive, dependable, and easy to work with, which we really appreciate.

The only small feedback we’d give is that the lawn can look a little uneven at times, so maybe sharper blades or upgraded equipment could help with that. But overall, he’s been great and has helped us out many times when we were in a pinch. Definitely appreciate his hard work and reliability! Thank you Randy!

I like the fact that I have the same team each mowing date, so we have excellent communication and being on the same page with regard to any mowing and trimming requests. For instance I asked Abel, my team lead, to make sure the trimming went on both sides of the backyard fence since we own the property beyond the fence, and the team complied. Very satisfied. Also they always show up when the are scheduled.
