It's just drop ship garbage from China. The company is a scam. Not family run in any way, terrible customer service, and the shoes are low quality

Without any exaggeration, the item sent looked nothing, and I mean nothing like pictured in amongst Pinterest site.
I always have this problem on line, you think I would have learned my lesson.

Very difficult to do returns! On the website advertises “hassle free returns/ 30 day money-back guarantee”. In practice. I was offered 15% return. The shoes are significantly worse quality than the photos suggest. Claims it is true leather but feels poor quality.

I wore the dress to my grandson's wedding and got many compliments ☺️

Always in touch prior to the delivery. The product looks and fits the way it is displayed online.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. It’s not worth the risk. They have no accountability for lack of information/misinformation on their website and the cost will be on you. It states to ensure you order the correct size and to view the sizing information on the product page. For the item I bought, the sizing said loose fit and I have another item in the same size from them that is also a loose fit. I received it and I can’t even put this item on it’s so small, but I have to pay to return it. I have gone round in circles with their customer service who don’t actually read the emails and really don’t seem to care. They’ll give me a small discount and I can keep the item? Why would I want an item that doesn’t fit!? Or I can pay to return it - which if I had ordered the wrong size would be okay - but their product information was misleading/lies and now it’s my cost. Terrible customer service. They really just don’t listen and don’t care and take no responsibility for a mistake made on their website. You’re rolling the dice as to whether the item you order will fit, and if it doesn’t, you will be out of pocket.

It took two weeks to get a return address for an ugly pair of pants for $69.95 that didn't look anything like to photo. They asked for a several photos.
THEY kept offering 20% then 15% off to let me keep it. They finally apologized sending this weird return address: Company Name:

I took it to Canada Post office yesterday and with the Tracking number it will cost me $81.
I would give it no STARS.

I love my purchase, a black yarn “waistcoat” as we Brits say, with different coloured buttons.
I’m looking forward to wearing it once the weather gets cooler.
The quality is very high, and I received my order quite promptly.
I will definitely buy from you again.

Do not shop here!
Items completely different from advertised- no labels.
Won’t accept returns.
