This mat is awesome & the best for your knees & joints . It has a thick padding which protects from injuries & slipping. It is broader than your regular excercise mat. It has theses numbered lines which helps in evenly spacing both sides while working out .It works on any type of surface.It looks good , feels good & can handle any type of workout. I give this mat 5 stars. This is the best mat ever. I love ❤my Latmat.

I am so glad I invested in this mat. It's perfect for my at home workouts! Three things I love about it: First, the composition of the material is perfect. It provides enough cushion to protect your joints, but sturdy enough to allow you to do cardio and balance moves on it. Second, it is larger in dimension than your standard mat. I can do so much more on it, without hanging off the sides. But it's still portable enough to be rolled up and stored away in between workouts. Third, the visual guides, or ladders, have been so helpful with form checking and keeping my movements consistent. As an added bonus, Angi and the other online fitness instructors at fitvds.com provide you with guidance on your form based on the ladder during their online classes. Love, love, love the mat for all of these reasons!

I usually only use a mat for stretching, but the LatMat Jump is perfect for so many other types of exercise. It is the perfect amount of shock absorption for my high impact exercises, while not moving or bunching up. The unique lines provide built-in range of motion targets and allows me to measure my progress during weight training. Of course using it for stretching is a given as it really has helped me to improve form while coaching virtually. It is a base for all your fitness needs.

I have used Latmat for a month and absolutely love it. Its large enough to accommodate all movements and is absorbs the impact on the knees and ankle when working out. I love its stability and does not roll or slip with fast movements. The customer service was great. I received my mat within a week of ordering it. Of all the exercise mats I have tried, this is by far the best one. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

Love my LatMat! The lines give me a great way to monitor the positions of my feet and helps me to challenge myself during certain cardio moves. Nice and supportive for my knees and feet too!

I could not wait to receive my very own new Latmat jump. I was so excited to come home & see the box labeled & packaged so well! I couldn’t believe how fast it was shipped! I am normally not one to buy something online without feeling & seeing the product first! Let me just say, Friends I was completely shocked how lite the box was! I was even more excited to get inside & open it up! I pulled it out of plastic wrap I was immediately in love with the texture as it literally rolled right out! Almost like it’s suction to my floor immediately! The vertical lines, length & width was a game changer for me! I have very bad knees! The vertical lines help me tremendously with my form while working out to always keep me in check! This LatMat Jump is completely shock resistant! Trust me I’ve tried all kinds! My knees are no longer bothering me! I no longer have to wear my knee wraps during workouts! Therefore after every workout my knees are giving me a high five! LatMat is truly amazing! This is the perfect sized mat for a total workout. No slipping or sliding. The lines help keep me focused on my form. And the perfect amount of cushioning to take the shock off my knees! This mat has motivated me! Now working out at home is so much easier and more enjoyable! This is a steal y’all!! I love using my LatMat Jump! It has been such a game changer for my knees and joints- the shock absorbing material helps to make plyometric training easier on my body. And, at almost 50 years old, I love the fact that I can still do jump training without the aches and pain. Love that the mat is large, my whole body fits on it comfortably. And, it stays in place!! No more slipping and sliding around. I use it with my Senior clients as well as young teenage athletes. It is so versatile.
