Hi Dave,
I recently purchased two pairs of shoes one in July and one in mid August from LatinDanceShoes (7-11 redondo avenue, Miami, 4220 Gold Coast).
Although there's no active phone number, there's a WhatsApp messaging feature which seems to have gone silent and no email response either.
As you know, I was liaising with you Dave, re delays with the shipping company who has my first order at their depot. They have not been in contact for three weeks. You requested that I put pressure on them by calling or emailing them, as you were also doing. And I appreciated that support.
As I mentioned Dave, Ive had an ankle injury and have been house bound for quite a bit of time, and not seen the light of day of any delivery from the company.
Their tracking shows multiple attempts of delivery to my address at varying times (the latest being 2:47am on 14 Sept 2024, which is an absurd time.
Unfortunately, i cannot get you on any of your preferred social media comms or email. Nor can I get the Shipping logistics co to answer any calls or texts or emails.
So i have reluctantly come to TrustPilot. Btw I would normally utilise Google to do this as it allows me to attach evidence. But it's very hard to find.
Anyway, what would put my mind at rest would be to know what is happening with my 2nd order (from mid Aug 2024) as I have asked via WhatsApp and by email.
With regards to order #1, I guess all I can do is wait for the shipping company to contact me. L I notice reviews from other customers must only pick up their own goods from the depot. This is a huge hassle for me with my ankle injury and no car.
Anyway can you or Clement (the manager as per the site indicates) please advise me re my 2nd order of non bespoke shoes please?
