Really easy to earn points and exchange…

Really easy to earn points and exchange for Amazon vouchers. Loads of great competitions, I’ve won twice already. Found good deals on there such as discounted railcards and the supermarket comparison tool is useful too. Love this app, thumbs up.

Brilliant. Best App I've Used

I check the app regularly and always find great deals on here. In my opinion it's the best app around. You can search for items, create alerts, find voucher codes & lots more. It's saved me a lot of £ over the years. Highly recommend.

Had nothing but problems with the site…

Had nothing but problems with the site today.

I've had a perfectly good deal removed as a duplicate even though it was a completely different sale on the same website with different items.

I believe this was reported malicious by another member who is acting oddly stalking me around the site. It's quite creepy behaviour and I don't see anywhere to report or block this member which is a big downside.

I also had another deal removed as it was said to be unavailable however it was latest deals who changed the deal link as I uploaded it to another colourway which wasn't reduced. The deal was there on the site in colour I photographed.
Whoever is looking at these reports isn't doing any proper investigation.

Oddly I also had suspicious activity warning recently and had to varify my account by recieving a phone code which seemed very odd. Why would anyone hack a account on a deals website.

Hope they can sort out a report and block feature to protect members from scary stalker individuals.

Thank you for your review and sorry to hear of your experience with Latest Deals.

We do our best to provide fair and transparent moderation but we do sometimes make mistakes. I'm really sorry if that's happened on this occasion. We encourage members to use the contact form to query a moderation decision if they think it's wrong - it can then be double checked by a separate member of the team and hopefully undone/rectified if a mistake was made.

Regarding verifying your account - unfortunately we have found people trying to take over other members' accounts to either access their point balance or to promote their own business/products. We always try to make Latest Deals as easily and friendly to use as possible but I'll put my hands up that the account verification is a frustrating (but sadly necessary) step we've had to introduce on some occasions.

I'm sorry to hear you've deleted your account but if you'd ever like to try Latest Deals again please don't hesitate to reach out to us via the contact form and ask for your message to be forwarded to me (@Kelsey) if you aren't receiving the help you need and/or expect.

Unfortunately I think there might be some confusion here as to how Latest Deals works? Latest Deals is a community platform where members share deals and offers they've found for the benefit of others. For example, if someone sees Argos selling a cheap TV, they can choose to share it on Latest Deals to help out fellow bargain hunters. We (Latest Deals) don't sell anything ourselves, we're a place where people can share the deals they've found with each other.

I'm sorry to hear that it sounds like you've had difficulty with an offer that was shared on Latest Deals. Please do reach out to the retailer who can hopefully resolve the issue for you. If the retailer isn't able to resolve it please do leave a comment on Latest Deals to warn others. We also have the ability for members to leave reviews of retailers too (good or bad) to help out other shoppers.
