I ordered 2 eyelash serums In September 2020 and never received them. The lashnext Instagram page has also disappeared so this is definitely a scam company.

Ordered a lash serum in august 2020, it is January 2021 and no order has arrived. I contacted the ‘company’ by email and on Instagram and they have not replied to my messages.

I ordered this product as the start of August 2020 and have still not received anything. This brand is a SCAM. I have sent numerous emails and reached out to the company many times to each time be given no real information and told that I can simply input my order number to track it, when I never received one. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered the lash serum 2-3 months ago and still havent recieved the item. The tracking number does not excist and I have tried to email the company and direct message their instagram with no results. It is a scam company, do not order from them unless you want to lose your money.

My order was processed at the start of September. Had a brainless moment and didnt check trust pilot before i ordered. So nothing received. My tracking states at local post office from China on 27th sept. Still nothing. The company info says they are based in Sweden, somehow I dont think this is true. Wont fall for this again. Take care and save your money

Don't order from this company.
They take the money and don't even deliver the product.
We had ordered on 20.10.2020 and more than a month has gone by and we have not yet received the goods.

Please Do Not order from Lashnext, save your money, I ordered lash serum months ago and nothing, even with emailing them, They tried saying once "my lash serum is stuck at customs " I never did get it.

ITS BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS since I ordered my lash serum and I’m soo frustrated. Do not waste your money lashnext is useless

I waited months for this thing to arrive. When it finally did come the instructions look like they were written by my 20 month old grandchild! Obviously a straight translation from ???? To English but it’s a case of trying to put the words in right order to have a clue. Rubbish company and rubbish service

I ordered a face strap on October 19 and I haven’t received yet

I sent several emails nobody responds
That’s not fair

Have been using this daily for an hour a day, and Wow! what a difference already.

Don't hesitate, buy it now and see the results.

I ordered and paid for my item on 13 October 2020 with the understanding that the order would be with me in about 15 days. It is now nearly a month later with no sign of the product being delivered to me. Despite writing to Lashnext on numerous occasions, I am yet to hear from someone or even have my queries acknowledged. I may change my view when I receive my order, IF I receive my order. Very disappointing.

i had ordered a face strap and it has been more than ten days. no sign of it . not at all happy with the service.

Ordered item in aug. 2020, quickly I received a confirmation email, has since neither heard from them, nor been able to get in touch with them! The money is of course deducted from my account :( SCAM company! Don’t buy here !!

All of a sudden I got my item. Sin one has to complain first

Hi have ordered an item in august and i still got anything, they replied to my emails sometimes but never since I’m asking for a refund, so basically i dont have anything and I’m tired i waited for a long time i will go to the postal office

never got my parcel, it’s been over a month and a half and i’ve emailed them but still haven’t got anything.
