Das grenzt ans Bodenlose: Ich habe bei Laserpengigant oder auch Laserpointeronline.de einen Laser bestellt, die Qualität war ungenügend. Billig und schlecht verarbeitet, sah aus wie gebraucht. Dann nach langem Hin und Her zurückgeschickt, auf eigene Kosten! Das war Anfang letzten Jahres. Leider bin ich aufgrund von gesundheitlichen Problemen darüber hinweg gekommen, das Ganze zu verfolgen. Das die Rückerstattung nicht erfolgt war ist mir erst im Januar 2026 aufgefallen. Auf Nachfrage tuckt sich die Firma nicht. Hier kann ich meine 100 Euro für den Laser abschreiben. KEINE ANTWORT. KEINE REAKTION. Bitte auf keinen Fall hier bestellen. Diese Firma ist auf Betrug aus!

Why did I not read the reviews first?
I bought a product from Laserpointer store, received the device and it was terrible. I then returned immediately and let laser pointer store know I would be. Because this is not based in the UK unlike what the website says I then had to pay almost £50 to send back the laser.
I have not had a refund and they are ignoring my messages. Terrible service

No light from laser pointer. No refund. No reply to emails or tracked returned laser pointer. No replacement laser.

Great laserpointers for good prices. Shipping takes about 3 days in my case but support was very helpfull in answering my questions.

This company is not honourable. Paid for a high powered laser £99-00, received a cheap and nasty item not worth £15-00, poor quality and very weak laser, have been waited a long while for them to approve the return of the product and now they are playing games to delay or most likely not refund the item which cost just under £13-00 to return to them.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUNCH OF SCAMMERS.
I wish that I had read the reviews before sending them my money.

They sent a broken device, I ask for a replacement but they sent back the same device. Stay away from this company

Company of scammers.
I bought a g3 starlight 1mw laser for 99 euros.
I received the product with a week of delay, despite the promise of a shipment in 3/4 days.
The product was already used, damaged and not working. I sent them tons of mails and I opened 2 RMA requests. NEVER REPLIED. INEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Fortunately I had paid via PAYPAL and I had my money saved after I opened a PAYPAL CLAIM.
This company should be BANNED.

High power laser pointer for ok price.

2 days to late but quality is excellent. Would order again, support could improve!

Place order and paid not item received, scam company, they must be ban and prosecuted.

Should have looked them up before I ordered. Paid for a laser pointer with the “promise” of delivery within 24-72 hours, three weeks later no sign of it. Chased customer services multiple times, with no response. Have since put in a claim with my credit card company.

Found this site after I'd already ordered from them. Paid £100 for a cheap, £10 laser. Initiated a return through their site which was ignored. Emailed them again, three times further and heard nothing back. The website has now gone down although a US version still seems to be active. Do not give these people your money.

Despite bad reviews ordered a G3 laser from Starlight lasers and the proces was ok. 1 days to late delivery but still ok shipping time.

Complete Scam Company

They promise that they sell products that comply with EU regulations, but what I received was a cheap Chinese piece of rubbish that had a label written in Chinglish. I returned the product and requested a proper EU product. After several months of trying to get something, all my support tickets & RMA has been removed. They keep blaming Covid as the issue, but that is rubbish. I have been to the Netherlands in the last week, and things are not that bad.

I am going to investigate reporting the company to the equivalent of the UK's Trading Standards. I am sure my Dutch wife can help me.

I've subsequently found out that they are selling 10 quid pointers for nearly 100 quid, mine broke on the second use, and despite repeated attempts to contact the company via their portal, via email, i have received absolutely no human response over the course of two months of trying.

Wanted to buy a laser pointer from a UK seller so used these. Ordered my purchase and paid. Then noticed on line bad reviews. My mistake. I should of checked first. I emailed the company but found it was not in UK but Netherlands. They emailed back a poor email in Dutch which after translation was rubbish. Then later in the mail I received a laser pointer but it does not work. Seems they are a con. Do not use.

Terrible. This is a firm operating from abroad. Received a faulty product and sent back promptly by recorded delivery. They have ignored this and various emails.
I received a refund from my credit card company.

This is a con. Do not use. No products received and no response from the contact us portal.

This is a scam site.
It pretends to be from the UK and when an order is placed it is processed through a pay portal Pay.nl
The order then sits as pending on the website and no order confirmation email or anything further is sent.
To contact the website is through a separate ticket portal which fails to work and the phone number and direct email do not get any responses.
