I ordered 2 of the 5k my lasers that have a light saber attachment that is included it is the only laser on laser pointer pro.com web site spent 350 plus dollars on both of them then a few days later I decided to read the reviews and I was sick to my stomach went on wish.com and ordered the most powerful laser they had and a few days later I seen the same one I ordered from laser pointer pro .com and ordered another one from wish I was worried my lasers would be destroyed or severely damaged to the point they would not work well my order finally got to me took a tad over 2 weeks but my laser pointers finally arrived I charged up a set of batteries and tested both sets and they work flawlessly i am guessing laser pointer pro.com is hit and miss with ordered only thing I saw that was sorta damaged was the one case has a small ding in it guessing due to shipping the lasers I ordered from laserpointerpro.com only came in orange while the same unit I ordered from wish you have 3 different colors to choose from for the body’s color. I am satisfied with this company but if anything happens as in either of my lasers stop working as in no good what’s so ever I will post an update and I feel sorry for the others that got ripped off by this company hope my post was helpful, ps have a great day everyone 👋🏻

They shipped me a non working laser, and i'm not ablebto contact them. They are crook. Don't buy from them.

They were a bit slow in getting the order shipped, but after a few emails, it was shipped by FedEx. I was expecting, as some of the reviews on here suggest, to receive a pile of junk, but to my surprise, the 500Mw laser I bought was legit, and very powerful. I used to buy 200Mw ones back in 2005, so I know that these are genuine. Just make sure you buy a button top 18650 battery from a legitimate battery retailer, and not a Chinese outlet, as many are cheap nasty dangerous fakes.. If you are in the UK, there is an online store, that only sells these 18650 batteries, which are made in the UK. The laser comes with a charger in the box. I don't know what their deal is with the slow processing times, but I do know that the threat of chargeback on your card works well :-) They are shipped from China, but with FedEx only took around 4 days. There are reports of no labelling on the lasers or packaging, but I would assume that this has something to do with import laws to many countries where anything over 5Mw is illegal, so I'm of the assumption that they're preventing them from being seized.

El envío no tiene nada que ver con la foto. Pagas muy caro por algo que no vale nada. Un láser de 90€, cuando en realidad vale 9€. Estafa.

Do not buy from them. Unfortunately laser pointers received are poor quality one fell apart as I took it out of the bubble wrap. The other works intermittently depending on whichever angle it is used in, no warning stickers, certainly not powerful in any way. Absolutely a waste of money, not even the cats show any enthusiasm for chasing them.

Fraudulent company. Keep away from them. They declare totally false values of output power.
A 50W handheld laser DOES NOT EXIST.
You can get a maximum of 9, 10W by a single laser diode for a HANDHELD LASER which has a “flashlight size” if you overclock it. Not more.
Their products have a false output power value and people can check it using a simple power meter.

What I ordered was a mid-power 405 nm laser allegedly in a 'case' (for well over one hundred dollars), but what was sent was stuffed in a damaged and inadequate cardboard box marked "green laser" (!) held closed with a rubber band. The laser itself had marks of abuse including glue, did not even register a single milliwatt on a laser power meter. After I reported, and was asked to send pictures, I was offered a refund of *half* the purchase price, which of course I refused since that is a piece of junk not even worth fifty cents. I was told they would ship a replacement unit, and 10 days later, the tracking number is still reported as being non-existant.
I no longer believe they ever wanted to send a working replacement, nor a refund.
