I am leaving this review to warn others about their misleading and unhelpful advice, even before any booking was made.

I messaged them simply to check if my friend would be suitable for laser treatment, sharing clearly that he has dark hair and medium skin tone (not light, not dark) Asian /Switzerland. They replied straight away saying: “That sounds like a great fit for what we do”, confirmed it would be safe and effective, and told me these treatments are very popular.

But then, straight after saying this, they suddenly backtracked and said they actually cannot treat him at all — with no proper explanation just don’t treat men after the conversation we had. for why they got it so wrong in the first place.

It is extremely frustrating that they give out incorrect information so easily, and don’t seem to know their own suitability rules. This wasted my time and left me with no trust in their service. Please don’t rely on their initial answers — they clearly don’t know what they’re talking about.

Really great experience so far. Makes it so much easier being able to have the treatment at home and Georgia is really lovely.

Georgia is so professional, she makes you feel so relaxed and the results speak for themselves. Minimal hair regrowth after just a few sessions which is simply amazing, no more shaving! I would highly recommend Georgia.

I had a great experience with Laser on Tour. The service was extremely professional, and having the treatment done in the comfort of my own home made the whole process so convenient. I had Consultation with Neda for laser. She has been very thorough and kind to me throughout. My consultation was timed for 15 mins, but she kept it going until I was satisfied abd abswered my questions.
She heard me patiently and adviced me accordingly. Not only this she forwarded me her help to discuss my issye with other doctors too.
I was very content and satisfied by her welcoming approach and honesty.

I absolutely love the service that LOT provides. I had laser before in London and I don’t get the results I wanted to. Then I found out about LOT and they are fantastic! The fact they can come over to my home and do it here is such a a plus specially having a little one. It makes it very flexible for me. Also, Neda is very professional and she’s been with me throughout the whole treatment. Can’t wait for the final results and I cannot recommend them enough. Highly recommend

For anyone considering laser treatment I can’t recommend Laser on Tour enough. The fact that Neda visits me at home has been both a super practical and comfortable solution. She has a really great set-up, and it feels a lot more personable and private than going to a salon. Neda has been really kind, dedicated and encouraging throughout the process and I’m very pleased with the outstanding results. I’m glad to leave the hair removal to the professionals!

I was nervous to start my laser hair removal journey but Neda made me feel so relaxed from the start. She is super knowledgeable about laser hair removal and very professional but at the same time she is so friendly and accommodating. As a first time Mum it has been so helpful to have Neda come to my house and work around my little ones schedule. I’m already so pleased with the results after 3 sessions and feel more confident as the hair growth is less and slower already. I can’t wait to see the difference at the end of the course.

Neda has been fantastic. She's so knowledgeable and offers great advice. She's super responsive when I enquired and she's guided me through the process and given detailed after care. I work full time and have limited availability, but Neda coming to my house and being efficient means I've fitted this in, in between life. I've got two small children too and she's understanding of childcare commitments too. Amazing results, such a great investment. Wish I'd done it ages ago!!!
