We offer free templates in a variety of file formats for use in a wide range of different design and word-processing software to create label layouts. These can be viewed at: https://laserinkjetlabels.com/pages/label-templates/ . We're sorry to hear that you're having issues in that regard. We cannot, nor have access to, guarantee that our labels are compatible with another company's, or manufacturer's specific software. Our labels are made custom to order, and as such, items are typically non-refundable except when a product is defective or otherwise damaged. Please look over our templates and let us know if you need help creating your label with any of the software listed.

Bad return/exchange policy and customer service
I purchased 5 different rolls of blank labels. Before I even received the product, I realized some of them were the wrong dimensions. I asked for an exchange and your company refused. These were blank labels, unopened, and easily able to be resold. Your customer service is horrible. I don't believe I will be labels from you again because of this.

Thank you for your review. Please understand that we shipped your order the very next day via UPS. We really cannot control what happens to the order once we hand it over to UPS. I really do not believe that UPS having problems warrants giving the shipper a bad review. That being said I will be happy to put a tracer on the shipment and get back to you just as soon as we hear back from UPS.

I appreciate that 3.25 inch circle labels are available. I couldn't find them elsewhere. The labels are placed on kraft soup containers (cardboard) containing refrigerated spreads. Unfortunately, the labels don't stay flat once they are placed in refrigeration. Also, I had many more paper jams with these labels than I am used to when using the Avery/Dennison labels.

David, Thank you for the review. Please note that that our semi-gloss material that you purchased is not rated for freezer grade applications. While it may work for some applications it is always best to test material prior ordering as we always provide free samples. As for the jamming, be sure to set your printer to a "labels" or "glossy" setting in the printer setup as this will typically fix that issue.
