We approached large mortgage loans with quite a complex case, having lived abroad for so many years with non standard paperwork for our payslips etc and very little in the way of credit history and a + 1 million loan all to be completed within a short time frame they were able to pull it off. They were very helpful in finding a creative solution to our requirements, which were to purchase the downstairs flat in our converted building so that we can turn it back into a house in due course.
