TOTALLY VOID THIS COMPANY!!
POOR QUALITY ITEM WHEN I EVENTALLY RECEIVED IT, NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE, OFFERED ME A SMALL DISCOUNT, THEN TOLD I HAD TO RETURN THE ITEM TO ASIA, THEN PROMISED A FULL REFUND NOW NO CONTACT APPALLED BUY THIS TREATMENT AND WILL REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolutely shocked by this company. Jumper took ages to arrive, looks nothing like the picture and will only refund me 35% of what I paid.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I have had the same problems as every other review. Product took ages to arrive and the quality for a £40 dress was appalling. Credit card company won’t reimburse me as the policy online states returns are to China 🤬
I, like another buyer, stated that the returns address is uk ok the parcel. They are now not replying to my e mails and I am out of pocket.
Also having exactly the same issue with another company which i suspect is the same company under another name, as the uk return label on the package is the same.

This is a scam and a fraud. I purchased two shirts from the online shop called Lara London. The shirts arrived in 32 days. But they did not fit, so I wanted to return them. On May, I received an email from someone called Rob offering me a partial refund because returning the items to China would be too expensive. I immediately replied accepting this offer. However, I am still waiting for the refund, despite sending so many emails asking for the refund. I believe I may have become a victim of an online shopping scam. In addition, the shirts I received were of terrible quality than those shown on the website. The items were also shipped from China, even though the shop presents itself as “Lara London.” Awful shopping experience. Scam and a fraud.

Awful, will never buy from this company again. The blouse was far too big and the material was really ugly and cheap looking too. It took weeks to arrive and when I asked how to return it (their Website mentions 30 day return). They offered to refund of 1/3 of the price if I said yes in 48 hours. I asked about the 30 day refund. No response just the 1/3rd offer again. I ended up taking the offer. Effectively I lost almost £30 by ordering from this company. Feels like I've been scammed!

I ordered two tops. One was the wrong size and colour. When I queried the order,I was told it was their mistake. There was no option for a replacement or return. I was offered a 35% refund. When I said ,as this was no fault of mine,could I receive a full refund, I was told NO.Take the part refund or keep the top. I would say the tops are poor quality and their customer service is very poor.

I also really wish I’d seen these reviews before being sucked in. Product nothing like advertised, awful, shiny, cheap, nasty material. No response to emails and no way of returning. Total waste of £35. Will be going to the charity shop ☹️.

Horrendous quality. Website uses completely misleading photos - the jumper that arrives is basically a coloured print of what's shown on the website on shiny cheap material. Return policy is an automated email reply giving you the choice of paying £15-20 quid to return to China or a 35% refund of your order. Absolutely kicking myself. Avoid like the plague. Need reporting.

I paid 35 pounds for a pair of shoes that are nothing like the advert cheap looking and unwearable
Was told i could pay 25 pounds postage to send them back or accept 35 per cent refund and keep the shoes
What a scam don't use them

Avoid this company at all costs. They have sent me incorrect items and are not responding to emails asking how to go about returning them for a refund. Clearly fraudulent! Last time I ever buy anything from an Instagram ad and certainly from Lara London.

As with other purchasers, after waiting several weeks, I received a garment bearing no resemblance to that advertised. The material is shoddy, the dress is shapeless, the sleeves are nothing like that advertised. I cannot get this company to reply to my e mails. Please think hard before ordering anything from them

I wish I had sen these reviews before I bought from Lara London. Not based in London as I was led to believe but from china . Received a dress ordered after waiting 3 weeks to arrive . Totally horrible slimy thin material which looked & felt cheap & nasty. Do not waste your money like I have. Avoid & don’t get sucked in by the lovely photos of the garments, it’s not what you get!!

I have just received two dresses from Lara London which are the wrong size. I have contacted them and they say they cannot exchange the dresses, and have offered me a small amount of money back. I think that this is a very big Scam, so I advise anyone not to do business with them. Anita Watson.

Clothes were not as per advertised , very cheap quality with such huge price. It’s better to buy from shein. Have been emailing for refund but they won’t respond. Never buying from them again. Scam company !!!

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. I also mirror the other comments, I argued back (albeit to a bot!) and the offer was increased from 35% to 50% back and the offer to keep the top.

0 stars if I could. Same as all the other reviews. This is a scam company selling cheap good from China. Wait ages for the item and then I didn’t even bother trying it on. Not like the advertised picture, cheap material and terrible quality. Have to email to request a refund and receive a copy & paste email back offering 35% refund or pay the return fees to have it tracked shipped to China. Don’t buy anything from this website.

Terrible. Was sold a top that was supposed to be rrp £98…down to about £34.
Waited over 3 weeks for delivery. The quality is appalling. Cheap polyester. I won’t even wear it.
Thought I was buying from uk but just imported cheap tat from China!

Total garbage. Misleading photos look nothing like the garbage that turns up. Basically a print of the actually jumper on a shiny cheap material.

Utterly appalling service. Took FOREVER to receive the items I'd ordered, despite 2 attempts to contact them to get an update. Eventually the package arrived, and the clothing is really shoddy quality. So immediately within 10 minutes of opening it, I wanted to return it. Apparently you have to email them to get the process back in writing. Then when they reply, they offer you 35% refund and to keep the item, because to return it will cost more money than I think due to international postage. The returns address on the package is a UK address.... I have just replied and pointed this out to them, and suspect I won't get a reply. I would NEVER recommend this online store to anyone... in fact, I would actively advise people to avoid it at all costs. Just terrible.

Bad experience - I bought a jumper, delivery took longer than expected, had to chase a couple of times. Once received, it was not what I was expecting, poorly made and ill fitting.
There was no return slip in the package despite the website offering returns within 30 days. I sent a few emails asking about how to return and eventually got a reply. I was offered 35% refund and could keep the item. I asked to send back for full refund was eventually sent a return slip. Returns need to be sent back to China! This explains why the item took so long to get here. This is not clear anywhere on the website. This would have cost me same amount as item so without any other choice I had to settle for the 35% refund for quite frankly the most disappointing item I think I've ever bought online. I wish I'd read these other reviews before buying. I am an ardent supporter of small businesses, running one myself. But this is bad service and needs to be called out.
