Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The model i wanted was not at the suppliers so they upgraded me to a similar, faster model. Printer bought as well. Delivery was speedy. Recommended.

A helpful service, i have used several times over the years and they always go out of their way to assist and find the refurbished products that I wanted.

My laptop stopped working, a problem with the hard drive. It was quickly diagnosed and the drive replaced, for £79, and I've got my laptop back in good working order, and it has been fine ever since. Thank you.

First stop always with a problem with our laptop is Laptop Workshop.
Able to give a full clean up and look to address my problem. This didn't work first time, so took it back and resolved problem on 2nd visit with no extra charge.

Took in a IPhone 11 with a dead battery and was replaced the same day, for a price that was the lowest I could find in Worthing.
Communication was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending The Laptop Workshop.

Can't imagine getting better service. Replacing its HDD for an SSD has made my 2017 iMac as good as new, unfazed by the years of accumulated data that had brought it to its knees, and at a fraction of the cost of new machine. I'd been worried that the litany of errors listed in my Disk Utility's First Aid reports were an indication of some sort of system corruption, making a new machine the only safe solution. I was assured my worries were groundless with a clear explanation of why.

Having had a good experience for the repairs to my husband's laptop, I went back to Laptop Workshop in Broadwater to buy a new one for me.
Aaron is very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm delighted with my new laptop and will definitely go back for any accessories I need in the future.

Aaron arrived on time and immediately focussed on me by listening to what improvements I needed. He systematically completed all tasks I requested. It had been over four years since I had spoken to a computer specialist and It was inspirational.

Fantastic service all round. Had multiple iPhones taken in over the years for screen repair and battery replacements. Never had any problems and been ready on the day. Highly recommend

I went to Laptop Workshop at Broadwater ,Worthing for help with my mobile when I forgot my pin to unlock it. Chris was very helpful in wiping my phone back to its factory condition (unlocking it) and then helping me to restart the phone after. He was very patient and this was much appreciated.

I presented the Laptop Shop in Broadwater with a badly damaged iPad Pro which had been stepped on whilst in some soft luggage causing the screen to be shattered and even the bezel was bent along its longest side.
Although the LCD was still working as before there were shards of glass everywhere inside the case and I feared it might be an expensive right off . The staff were polite and supportive and stated that they thought it could be repaired, although they would have to send it to their specialist as it was a little more complicated. At one stage I was informed there may be a risk of the face detection system being neutralised as the damage was very near to that area on the LCD. They emailed me for permission to proceed ,even though there was a chance that they might not be able to bring it back to full functionality, but they did and I couldn't believe how good the device looked when it was returned.
Overall fantastic, very polite and courteous service and at a very reasonable repair price too, don't bother going anywhere else they are simply the best, thank you Laptop shop

I purchased an iPhone from this store the person that served me was a gentleman called Chris he listened to how I wanted the phone set up for my husband and was so helpful in doing this .
I would recommended this store in the future .

An ‘mature’ customer ie I recall loading programs off an audio cassette player, I was thrilled to find this shop in Apple knowledgeable shop in Broadwater.

My questions are always answered with curtesy. I have purchased a refurbished iMac, new iPads and I’m awaiting delivery of the iPhone 16pro later this week.
